We’re extremely pleased with the roof replacement job Alex and his team completed! The communication has been seamless and we were kept informed of the progress every step of the way. We also had a couple skylights installed and the work is flawless. We’ve worked with many contractors on different jobs in the past and understand that things don’t always go according to plan, but working with Alex has made this project the smoothest and easiest one by far. I previously hired another contractor who did not produce a satisfactory result, and worked with one other who could not provide samples to match my existing cabinets. Dave's work is flawless. He custom made crown to match what I had, he paid attention to every single detail, and he was patient with me while we worked on the project (I am very particular and involved). “Wish they were open a bit later (they close at 4:30 so they cater to more of the professional population vs the regular guy who likes to fix things themselves), but they are a life save of a store. They have almost every single hard to get plumbing item known to man. Also the employees are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful. You will not be sorry you went here for what you need. Also it might just be the New Yorker in me but I prefer to support small businesses. Especially when they are superior to a Home Depot or Lowe's.”

On Yelp I found 'San Diego Walk-In Tubs,' has a perfect name, they've been around a long time, have many pictures and reviews from satisfied customers. I am one of their newest, very happy customers. Jason met me for an in-home estimate. He has been prompt and friendly all the time. He presented pictures of various models and features, answered my questions, and had recommendations. And I needed the bathroom door opening widened and they did that too! I knew it involved a lot of work, but I decided to buy it 'installed.' Jason and his work crew took care of everything. It was done quickly, and they cleaned up the area every day. It's beautiful.”
“It's a very nice design center and staff but the pricing is ridiculous . I understand it's quality coming with that price point but It's hard to have to pay for the pricing and then labor on top of that. It's more reasonable to go to wholesale.”

“We found MAC Design as we were searching for design firms with expertise in Aging in Place. MollyAnne and her team really came through for us and designed a great bathroom for us with many Aging in Place design elements...like our new no-step shower. The designed involved moving some walls and relocating fixtures, to create a larger bathroom that someone using a walker or other mobility assist device has a much easier time doing those Activities of Daily Living. Her team includes an excellent CAD expert, Francis, who drew up the blueprints and helped push the building permit process for us; and the Jill of All Trades, Sharon, who takes on all the many tasks to keep the project moving and the all the pieces in place. You won't go wrong if you get them to help you with a renovation project.”

“Today was a restock olive oil day. Home goods has a really good selection of olive oil and avocado oils. Oils that usually retail for $14/15 can usually be found for around $8.99/9.99. My favorites are Sparta and Minos all Greek extra-virgin and from single source olives and Amphora which is Turkish and single source olives. Opa.”

“Best Home Kitchen and Bath came out to remodel our kitchen. First off, quality. The job quality is insane. It's so good! I'm excited every time I walk into the kitchen. It feels like it keeps getting better. The tile beautifully laid, the counter tops were cut and beveled custom, everything is solid and firm, no cracks or weird artifacts left behind. I couldn't ask for more. Didn't expect incredibly fast work, they were in and out, took care of protecting everything, ripped out the old kitchen, fixed up some issues we had lingering, then went right to work, and before we knew it everything was up, solid, sturdy, evenly installed, balanced, and secured. If only I had a experienced contractor like them for everything. They gave options for all facets of the job, had considerations we never knew existed, and helped select the best ideas and layout for everything when we needed a little help with design. The team is respectful, and we overall had a great experience. It was a lot of fun.”

“I was in need of a stackable washer and dryer for my home. I spoke to Rudy Elias who is this Appliance specialist who works at Aztec appliance. He showed me the selection and he helped with everything that I needed to know in regards to the parts, how to run the washer and dryer and the delivery date as well. “Great selection on tile for all your needs. There not really anyone helping you, and I never see anyone even walking around to check on you. But this place is more of a warehouse instead of a designer store. I'm sure if you asked, you could get some help. I asked one of the cashiers about a tile question and she was able to answer it no problem. The value is all great, but you also get what you pay for. That being said, I still think their prices are fantastic. I love that they offer every kind of tile and flooring for every price point and quality that you're looking for.”

“We came here to specifically look for shelves for my son and cabinets for our house. Took photos of pieces we were interested in for future consideration. There was some renovation going on at the time, so some of the areas were in disarray. No luck on finding any shelves for our son.The store was so crowded and full of the most rudest people we've ever encountered. Trying to find help was near impossible since we did have some questions. However, we did find an employee who said he would return but failed after 15 minutes. We gave up and we were ready to leave. Unfortunately, we left empty-handed. Perhaps we need to return in a week day.”
