Employees are very rude and not helpful at all. Refuses to do their jobs, lazy, makes excuses why they can't help you just because they're lazy and don't want to do anything. 0/10 customer service

I've been an NFCU member for literally decades and I went into the Coronado NFCU to see if I could change my regular NFCU Visa card into one of the rewards cards NFCU so highly advertise on television. I was basically told I couldn't do it without unlocking my credit, which made zero sense to me. Seems like a simple switch for a longtime customer. As I walked out, one of the assistant managers asked if I was upset. I explained the situation and she said she could help. This happened several months ago....crickets!!!!NFCU try to get better workers and spend less on advertising?!?!?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! If your sign says open til 430 don't close early. Hard enough for working individual's just to get to bank and to be turned away. I looked at my phone and it said 429 barely made it. Nope doors locked. I'm sure if you are the manager you can clearly watch the video from 9/2 at 429pm and see that you closed early. Drove 30 minutes in traffic to get there so thanks for nothing.

I don’t usually write reviews but EVERY TIME that I have gone here-which has been often, I have to go to get help with things I feel like I know nothing about and they have ALWAYS been SUPER helpful and they take time to explain things. I always leave there understanding what I’m doing. They are quick too. I’ve never been there long. The people who work here are so nice and friendly and it’s overall a great experience.

Customer service is crap. 30+ minutes on hold waiting for customer service rep - all the while being told to use mobile or online services when the problem is their online software that's not working right. Then, having waited that long just to be told I had to be transferred and wait some more! Very frustrating.

I have always had a great experience with Navy Federal overall compared to other financial establishments. However, I've been very disappointed lately because the branch here Coronado won't let anyone in to be helped in the lobby, which they said themselves not every branch is even doing, and are not giving out the quarters that I need for laundry anymore.

Been a member of Navy Federal Credit Union for nearly 20 years and the fact that I work on NAS North Island I figured I drop by to conduct business. So I approach the front and I had to ask for assistance. Bad customer service and the two representatives treated me as if they were too good to help me. Shame on them

Shouldn't even be open as a branch. Won't handle cash deposits of 1 dollar bills, and won't take any coins other than quarters (even if they're rolled). Basically a glorified ATM.

Simply the BEST. If you are not a member see if you qualify. I am a retired Marine and now DOD Contractor and all of my contractors are members.During COVID-19 we called to defer our car payment because 3 household members were laid off and they deferred all car payments AND my mortgage with one phone call. Use any ATM and the refund up to $15 in ATM fees but most ATMs are no fee. Their mobile app is top notch too, from finding a branch or ATM to depositing checks electronically. I have never had an issue that they did not solve and have been a member since 1992! Big Banks tremor at the thought of NFCU Competition. No comparison. Overdraft protection, many branch offices, just amazing service. Sign up today for $5 and refi all of your loans. Bill pay is an awesome tool too! Never miss a payment.

I have used this location twice now. The front desk is always very pleasant. I needed help setting up automatic payment for a few bills and the staff really struggled to help me beyond helping me battle the Application or website into compliance. This most recent visit had the staff essentially telling me that I should accept the auto payment 3 days after the bill was already due.. kind of absurd

Great location that offers all the services of the larger branches. They are friendly and quick which is the reason for the 5 stars. They have a greeter at the front door that takes all your information so everything can be expedited. Parking is located in the parking lot right next to the front door. On street parking is also available. 2 ATMs are located inside the branch. Definitely much smaller than any typical NFCU but they are large on customer service.
