Under new ownership! This place is great. I have visited it in the past but the customer service this time was top notch. I often visit Coronado and will ship things to friends and family while there. I cannot say enough great things about how this store is being run now compared to my last few encounters. If you need to ship something and want reliability this is the place to go. Support small businesses vs going to the UPS Store!

I recently had to mail some packages and needed to pick up boxes and such. Stopped in this location and was really impressed with the attentive service and fair prices. Would definitely recommend using these guys if you need anything shipped in Coronado.

Excellent service and expertise. The UPS store couldn't help me, so I walked down the street and found this place. The had the right box, packing materials and were super knowledgeable about the right method to get my package where it needed to go & on time! It actually arrived early!!Highly recommended!

Matt was very professional and helpful in building a custom box for my stereo equipment I needed to ship. He spent probably 20 minutes cutting the box down to the perfect size as well as cutting styrofoam pieces to inset perfectly for the proper protection.

Horrible customer service. Matt is rude and acts like your presence is ruining his day. The minute I walked in, he did not say hi but rather gave me a look like he was disgusting by me.Then he taped my label with scotch tape not packing tape. I said very nicely this is going to come off when other boxes rub against it during shipping and he gave me a look like, I just cut his arm off.I told him, "you're very rude and even though I have more things to print, im taking my business elsewhere. I've lived in this town 30 years and I've never been treated this bad, you have bad customer service and you're a bad business owner"

Omg, they say they service fedex but they won't print a label for you even if you have QR code. So I went home to print it brought the label back but they wouldn't tape it. They said they could tape it for a dollar then I asked for a confirmation of drop off and they said it would be $.50 for a confirmation . I live out here and will not be doing business with them or recommend them. I've given them a try a few times and they've always been disappointing and Lack of customer service. They charge you for everything and really aren't helpful plus I don't trust leaving any expensive packages with them especially since they want to charge you for confirmation.For fedex just take it to Walgreens they are more than helpful and send u a confirmation via phone or email for free I recommend the UPS store and the post office both super helpful, will tape up packages, print out labels, etc. and won't charge you for simple things

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced- the owner acts like he could care less about your business- durst you ask ANYTHING he gets moody and put off that you dare ask any questions about the purchase at his store. Hands down the worst shipping store I have even been to in my entire life . If this the type of neglect you are looking for- this is just the place for you- Go to the ups store if you want professional service .

If I could give zeros I would. Incredibly rude customer service for asking for a receipt. I walked off but then realized I was shipping something with value of over $400, um I'll definitely need a receipt! I told him I didn't mind waiting while I watched him idiotically try and fit a large sized blanket into a small envelope and then into a small box next until he decide to afford me 10 seconds to scan and print a receipt. I said thank you, and he walked away back to the other person which I said I didn't mind waiting for, not saying a thing. Will never come back.

Family-owned business, value in being able to drop off a combination of items, FedEx and an item to a P.O. box which UPS couldn't do. Nice gentleman at the front desk
