Can someone help me out here, i called almost over an hour to this UPS store and got no answer, and before anyone says they were closed, I was calling from Missouri(which is 2 hour time difference), So I was technically calling between 3-5 and never got an answer, all it said was enter pass code after many rings.. This was Saturday May 10th, I was calling can someone confirm if I had the right number or not? I was just trying confirm if, I can send a package there and have someone pick it up, and if so what would be the holding fee..It is for someone who is not a customer at that store.. Thank you so much

The staff at this UPS Store location has been extremely kind and helpful during a long-distance mailbox set up. These stores are notoriously BUSY all the time and they made time to help my wife and I over the phone. Big props to the team here.

Ezra was incredibly helpful in shipping a hodge podge of items back home. The shipping prices on the island are expensive and Ezra helped us cut the costs and the box to cut our shipping price by $30. She went above and beyond and was sweet and funny while doing it! See her, she's fabulous.
