  Trash. 🗑️ don’t state that you couldn’t deliver because of access. There is no gate access. Just state that you couldn’t make the delivery because you were too busy. Wild.

  0/10. My packages was missing/stolen. I came in to retrieve my package, they told me they don’t accept “military packages” anymore. What is a military package? No such thing. Yes I am military personnel but my package had nothing to do with military. I asked who received my package they told me a woman named Rene. Supposedly she had signed off on the package and left work. I then asked where is it, and can they go get it. They said “it’s not here”🤔🤔. It was an IPhone 16 Pro very expensive and somehow it wasn’t there? Although I had proof of receipt & where it was dropped off to. Something is not right & I will file a report to start an investigation with the worker Rene & the other staff lady who was at the front desk 01/14/2025 at 12pm.

  The boxes in the front get full and your mail gets stuck and damaged. I called this to their attention only to be told they can’t open the boxes in the front. This has happened several times already.

  Nobody can seem to pick up the phone. Accidentally sent a package to my old PO Box address. I'm trying to call to make sure that they can hold onto it until the next day when I'm able to swing by to get it, but I've been on the ringer for nearly 10 minutes now.

  I just want to thank George at Coronado Post office for answering my plea for help. I'd left my drivers licence inside when counter help was tracking my package. I forgot to retrieve it and left. After arriving home, I realized I'd left it. The post office was already closed for the weekend, but when I went around the back and called for help, George came out. I told him what had happened and he went back in to find it and brought it out to me. Thank you George!! ??

  Horrible service went in because they said one of my packages couldn’t be delivered I went in 20 minutes after they notified me and tried to get the package they said it was still on the truck so I gave them the complete address so it wouldn’t be sent back and they assured me it would be delivered after the 4th of July I wake up the morning of the 5th to see that my package is heading back to the east coast and they never put it in to be re delivered.

  Went in early to try and have a few wedding invitations hand canceled so they would not be damaged. When I approached the counter and requested hand canceling for my wedding invitations, I was met with confusion and a complete lack of understanding. The lady said that was not a thing and they couldn't do it. I mentioned to them that it had been done at another post post office, she looked over to the lady next to her who was on her phone and looked like she could care less and knew less if that's possible. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by finding a post office that actually understands the services it claims to offer.

  Pretty weak customer service. There was one clerk for 7 customers and part way through another clerk came. Both were matter of fact marginally pleasant and taking more time then I'm used to.

  The 2 women at the front desk were extremely rude when trying to find a package. Ultimately they told me to "kick rocks" I am never going here again. Only giving them 1 star since I can't give 0
