He also wasn’t trying to upsell me, he just really listened to what I was asking for and then directed me. I had to go in there today because I wanted to get a lions mane mushroom complex. I was looking for a very specific dual extraction, multi mushroom complex, and Michael not only knew what I was looking for, but when I went home and did a little more research, it was exactly what I had wanted.
