Very rude here, i explained to her how i couldn't deposit my check till 5 o'clock and if there was anything that could be done but its not the issue that she said no the issue is that she was extremely rude and talked to me like i was 8 years old, i know that you wanna go home but there's fine line in customer service where you don't need to be snarky and roll your eyes santa barbara has friendly people and that's santa barbara

Several branches are closed temporarily, some going on a year. Walked into this branch, only one banker working and he was fully booked. The line for the teller was about 30 minutes. We have been banking with Wells Fargo for our business and personal checking for over 25 years. The phones are not answered so you can not make an appointment with a banker. Very disappointing experience

I had been banking with this bank since I was able to make a starters joint account with them in 5th grade, and my mom had been with them for over 10 years. I had been a loyal costumer and paid my dues on time and had no previous problems with the bank. I was working for a woman and was given a check that was later discovered to be fraud! I had no knowing of this but spent none of the money since it had not gone through yet. I went in to check to see if it deposited and they told me it was a invalid check and closed my account. I brought in my grandpa and all former emails and messages from the woman I was working for to show I had no knowing or involvement but was given no help what so ever even while working with the manager Ed, and with the years of customer loyalty my family and I had previously had with them. Because of this I had to bank with a new company which was a huge disappointment.

This Wells Fargo went out of their way to cash a check for me that had ripped. Had gone to another Wells Fargo and they did not fix the problem. would recommend this bank for helping me out.

Had to stop by and use the ATM machine. The area was well cleaned and I could tell they had swepped the area. There were no homeless bums hanging around either.
