Horrible customer service. Wasted two hours of my day and didn’t get what I came for which was a simple battery change. Got talked into buying a new phone and after 90 minutes, they couldn’t get the purchase to go through because of a problem with Verizon- their claim. No real apology, just shrugged and said that it’s too bad but I can try and get a replacement battery on my vacation. Really- this is you suggestion? That I fly to a foreign country and deal with a language barrier to buy the battery I came in here 2 hours ago to buy!?!What a waste. Will never use again

Grethel of the Genius Bar was a genius today! A mystery glitch in the location services on a brand new iMac was preventing websites from loading. It happened after I wiped an old iphone via the iMac. Both online Apple Care folks wanted me to start over and wipe the contents off my new iMac, which would have lost a week of organizing archived files after transfer from my old iMac. Thanks to Grethel, I didn't have to do that and she fixed it just by changing the name on the location services. Voila, like a miracle it's perfect again. I'm so grateful I could cry (and I hugged her). Plus she cleaned out my old iMac and took it off my hands for e-waste (or donation). Very, very happy customer!

Horrible service. Very disrespectful of my time and had me wait next to a loud class being taught. Annoying! “Genius” appointment time means nothing. After almost an hour of waiting with no resolution of issue with their new iphone 17 pro, finally had enough and left. Hire some professionals to work here or lose your customers!

Spent more than 2 hours today trying to get the warranty info on a purchase I made here last year. Was impossible to reach the store by phone. And once I finally did with the help of a call center, I had someone say they will help me and put me on hold for 12 minutes before I was transferred again to the call center that couldn’t help me. So I called and was left ringing for ever

I had such a good experience here because of the amazing customer service. Nella helped us and she honestly provided the best customer service I’ve ever had! She was so helpful, kind, and patient. 10/10!!

Needs improvement, I feel like laid back and no pressure sales tactic is misunderstood and taken to the context of room full of employees standing around without purpose. I have high expectations when it comes to premium brands and experiences, that being said I love apple and hate to see the retail business underperforming.

Very poor experience coming in to try on Apple Watch series 11.
I came in with the intention of purchasing a watch today but my experience was so bad I just wanted to get out of there.
Wasted an hour waiting around, only to not be able to try on the model or band I wanted because they couldn’t find it, even though there was one mounted on display (which i explicitly asked that I’d be able to try on while waiting so I wouldn’t waste time).
Deborah was unknowledgeable and could not tell the watches apart by model, size, color, or material. Seemed like there was lack of education and organization in the store for employees, making it difficult for them to support customers.

Today at almost 10 am went to Apple Store at Corte madera looking for a ear cushion for my AirPods Max , after following and waiting and line at moment talk to someone. A customer service from apple and at moment , after I ask my question
Customer and instead to answer he told me need to take care rest of people waiting behind me
And he hear what I need , but not answer
My concern after waiting he attend everyone else, he came to me to said
They not sold that item and store
So why from the very beginning
A simple question to answer , he doesn’t provide expected way to attend customer
But pall he had to said
We not sold , that part
But worry about other people
Not responding my question and obviously
Because. I’m a Latin person not care and provide service this how apple take costumers ???

I don’t normally write reviews but I had a rather hard experience at the Apple Store in working to upgrade my phone with my provider. However, the whole team at Corte Madera, especially Oscar and Nate, were unbelievable. Helping me figure things out to literally doing everything in their power to try and make the situation work out for was amazing. Ended up figuring things out for the most part but just wanted to say thank you for being so patience and amazing service staff.

I had a poor experience recently with the Apple Corte Madera Business team. We are loyal Apple customers for our company. They really mishandled an order. The staff and manager just didn't do anything or offer to make the situation better. There was essentially zero resolution. We love apple products, but poor service WILL lose me. The business team used to be stronger - and I hope they put some attention back onto customer experience. It would be a shame for Apple to lose its loyalty because of poor service.

Had the best experience at this store. I lost hope that my issue with AirPods would be resolved, I went to two different stores in Sacramento and they said there’s nothing they can do. I was in the area and decided to try last time and see maybe here they can do something. The manager went above and beyond. So grateful!

Waited over 30 mins after appt time. The. Told they are backlogged. Can’t tell me how long or even an estimate. Just offer to reschedule. What an awful experience and waste of time. Poorly run.

I needed to replace my IPhone and Mike was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He was a veritable walking encyclopedia of product knowledge. He was also very patient and clearly explained product variations after inquiring as to what my usage and needs had been. If you’re planning on visiting this location be sure to ask for Mike and your experience will be nothing less than informative and pleasurable!
