Today I met with Jim at the Genius Bar and he was amazing! A true detective! I have had a storage problem for a year or so and had called apple care and they told me to get an external hard drive, which I did. But the problem came up again so he ran diagnostics on my computer and because he is so brilliant , he dug deeper into the problem and discovered an underlying application (I think?) that was 4 years old— or at least hadn’t been used in 4 years. He backed my info up, gave me solid advice and then freed up all my storage. He is a true genius and I am so thankful for him!!

I recently visited the Corte Madera Apple Store seeking help with my daughter's AirPods. The staff declared them irreparable, pushing for a new purchase. Skeptical, I bought a charging case from Amazon and discovered only the case was faulty, not the AirPods.This misdiagnosis was both frustrating and costly. I'm giving them one star for their inaccurate assessment and lack of proper customer care. If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. Disappointed.

I booked the appointment and had a terrible experience. The representative claims he has been working as a tech for 13 years however he is even confused with the Apple ID and cloud. He actually caused my phone to work worse than when I arrived. He got frustrated with the time and he pushed me off to a set up table where the tech asked me what was going on. The tech informed me the solution that was provided would actually cause issues with my phone. My phone no longer sends text messages. Thank you to the self proclaimed 13 year apple veteran and software engineer.1) your listening skills were terrible.2) you need additional skills in your solution management3) somebody from apple should contact me and fix both of my iPhones.Thank you

A very knowledgeable nice man helped me on 9/22/23. My iPad will not hold the charge so he said I need an appointment in the Genius Bar. He let me pick from the time slots”Drove a long distance to make it to the 1:40 appointment today. Had to wait outside in a line to be told I had no appointment.I am very disappointed and disgusted and I will be looking for other branded cell phone and the multiple products I’ve purchased from your company over the years. Steve would be pissed.

Helpful. Made appointment to fix problem with my iPad. It was a simple issue and doesn't seem worth a review but I'm writing one to counter many reviews I saw about the attitude of the workers. It was crazy busy and I arrived early. I talked to 3 Apple employees (ie: where do I check in, check me in, fix my problem). All were nice and helpful, no bad or snarky attitudes. They fit me in early, fixed my problem, that's it.

What can I say?! My phone had a cracked screen and a bum front camera. I tried to get it repaired at Best Buy but they didn't have the camera part. I made a reservation here and arrived super early. I was turned away by the first employee I spoke with. I waited a bit and then spoke with Hanna. Hanna was super empathetic to the fact I had been dealing with trying to get my phone repaired all day. Hanna happily helped me and then sent me to speak with Thunder. Thunder was polite, fast and very pleasant. Although it took a lot longer to repair my phone than initially anticipated, they got it done and honored the initial repair quote. Angelica helped me with getting my stuff back on to my phone. Now my phone is like brand new. And yes, Hanna, to answer your question, you did make my day a little (a lot!) better. As your coworker joking said as I thanked you, look at Hanna, handing out rainbows. True! Thank you.
