I went in for a new phone and my was helped by a representative named Katie. She was professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and all around helpful. Truly world class service. ATT is lucky to have her as an employee. She makes this community a better place to live in. Thank you Katie.

Whomever is max, he is a joke. He walked up to me and said why am i huffing and buffing when i just coughed. Dude is completely rude and disconnected with reality. 4 Employees, 3 customers 30mins wait. More to come.

There was a very long wait. The store needs more customer support. Then Marco who helped me was very helpful and friendly and it looked like he was able to get me the phone upgrade I had come in for by having it mailed to me. Later the main person on our family account received an email that my order was canceled. Very disappointing.

The manager is obnoxious! He just gets out of his hole to scream the couple of young men who tried to help almost 15 customers. But he doesn't help one at least. Bad manager! The two young men are gems in that store.

Longterm ATT customer. I went into this store recently to return a phone bought from ATT.com. Two different employees in the store told me they couldn’t do the return but I could simply return the phone with the included shipping label. I asked them multiple times if they were sure. Well, they were wrong and I have now spent hours trying to track down my device from ATT. I’m out about $1000 due to their guidance. Absolutely insane and horrible customer service.
