“Grethel of the Genius Bar was a genius today! A mystery glitch in the location services on a brand new iMac was preventing websites from loading. It happened after I wiped an old iphone via the iMac. Both online Apple Care folks wanted me to start over and wipe the contents off my new iMac, which would have lost a week of organizing archived files after transfer from my old iMac. Thanks to Grethel, I didn't have to do that and she fixed it just by changing the name on the location services. Voila, like a miracle it's perfect again. I'm so grateful I could cry (and I hugged her). Plus she cleaned out my old iMac and took it off my hands for e-waste (or donation). Very, very happy customer!”

“Nothing but good things to say about my experience at this store. I brought my Samsung A52 (which I'd purchased at this store 4 years ago) in recently after it seemed to have completely died. I worked with employees Sang and Dennis to resolve the issue. I was prepared to have to buy a new phone, and Sang quickly helped me figure out which one would be the most seamless experience from my current one, but then after we talked over what exactly happened with my phone, they encouraged me to get it diagnosed at a repair shop and see if replacing the LCD screen would resolve the issue. Not only did they make the suggestion, but they called a local repair place and made an appointment for me that afternoon! As I left, they asked me to call the store and let them know what happened. As it turned out, the phone was repairable, and the shop they sent me to did a fast and excellent job. These employees represent the absolute best in customer service. They could have easily sold me a new phone and I would never have thought there was anything to do to revive a phone that seemed completely defunct, but instead, they proactively encouraged me to investigate a repair before making a purchase. This type of service is why I've been a T-Mobile customer for decades. And yes, I called the store to let them know how it had gone and express my gratitude for their support! Felt like community as well as awesome customer service.”
