I ordered two lamps. I am happy with them, but the packaging was a nightmare. Lots of blocks of styrofoam. They are bulky and impossible to recycled. Will require a special trip to the dump. Disappointing.

I was so tired of big furniture stores that only offer furniture in neutral greys and beiges, until I found great designers and a huge selection of fabrics at the EA Corte Madera store. I ordered a rug and it came in looking different from the sample, and the store was quick to have it corrected. I LOVE my new rug and love the quality. I also love the fabrics the designers helped me select.

My husband and went furniture shopping and found couches that we like. The lady helping us was going to get back to us with an email on a price and never did after weeks with no communication so we went to Arhaus and bought our furniture. And I'm so lad I did.

we purchased a couch based on the arm chair they had on the showroom floor, Oxford. we were never told by our “designer” that the couch dimensions were no longer the same as the chair. so when the couch arrived, it was obvious that that this was not the same piece if furniture as the same chair. Ethan allen claims no responsibility. read the fine print before you sign the invoice. They obviously dont know enough about their product or care enough to make sure you understand changes to the furniture they are selling you sight unseen. They might ad well just be strictly an online retailer.

I wish the employee who helped me, had not misled me to believe the fabric was soft, it is canvas. The cushions are very hard. I wish she had mentioned it wasn't a comfortable couch. I spent 4000.00 for a couch I'm stuck with,unless Corte Madera reaches out me. I'm am willing to pay double for a comfortable couch.

We bought a couch here that was delivered the day before the COVID lockdown in 2020. Three years later the couch looks 10 years old. Granted it has gotten lots of use, but the couch we had before this one was definitely better quality and lasted longer than this one appears to be doing. I would not buy furniture from here again.

Ordered a table and chairs: They were suppose to take five to six months to arrive. Nine months later...... Table and chairs arrived already damaged. Still waiting for replacements/repairs. We have a kitchen full of damaged furniture!

July 2022I could not be more pleased with the Ethan Allen furniture I recently purchased for a new small apartment. I had a wonderful experience working with Diane Nicolson at the Corte Madera store in CA. I could not have selected the furniture pieces on my own or the fabric. The pieces Diane selected and the fabric were great. Diane made sure everything went smoothly and it was the best furniture shopping experience I have ever had. The furniture arrived early. The scheduler was terrific as was the two delivery persons. Quality furniture quality service.Caroline M.

Our furniture has been well loved and well worn, to the point of being dilapidated. It's long past the time to replace our couches and chairs, so without knowing where to go and what to do after searching endlessly for ideas online, a friend suggested going to Corte Madera's Ethan Allen showroom. They offer professional decorating expertise at no charge. Really? That was just what I needed.So, I walked into the Corte Madera Ethan Allen showroom, met Scout Burgess, one of their decorators, and we just hit it off. I explained what I was looking for. She listened, we walked around and I sat on various couches and chairs, got some good first thoughts, and then we set up a time for her to come to my home.Once at our free home appointment, I walked her all through the house, explaining further what we wanted in this room and that. Her warm presence, clear level of expertise and product knowledge is incredible! She measured. Took notes. Then got back to me with terrific ideas and floor plans.I then spent time with her back at the showroom, discussing and then finalizing products, fabrics and finishes. Thanks so Scout, our home is going to look spectacular, and it was such a pleasure to work with her. I can't recommend Scout and my Ethan Allen experience enough!
