buzzfeednews.com/article…Read above before you even go near this company. Fabletics has over 1400 better business bureau complaints, more complaints than issued for all of Time Warner cable. The customer service people here are very unhelpful. I wouldn't interact with this business at all but whatever you do, DON'T sign up for their VIP membership. You will regret it. The whole fabletics business models is to entice customers with some outfits that look nice to then get you to sign up for a VIP membership that's basically a subscription to athletic wear that no one needs or wants and it's poor quality and they're always short on inventory of that you want. Basically, if you sign up for VIP, you get the option every month between the 1st and 5th to pick an outfit for $49.99. If you miss the window, they will charge you $49.99 a month and give you a credit to use later. This is a little irritating, but they are at least (somewhat) upfront about this part. HOWEVER, they make it hard to cancel the membership. No online canceling like any other normal business. You have to call customer service like it's 1996. Even if you manage to wait on hold and ask a representative to cancel the membership, there is a huge disincentive to cancel because you will likely have $50 credits built up on your account for several months. So if you cancel without spending them, you're basically losing the credits you paid for.I tried to use my previous credits and called customer service and they told me these disappearing credits were turned into some sort of hidden credit that I wouldn't have known about if I hadn't called. So shady! On top of that, the outfits I did receive look a bit cheap. Plus they're constantly selling out of outfits that actually look good and only have some really weird items left. Such a scam.
