Purchased a pair of Utility pants directly from Faherty. After a few months of wear, both of back pocket seams started to fray. I brought them into this location since Faherty has a lifetime guarantee for quality. However, the manager could not find the record of the purchase in the system, accused me of not having made the purchase from a Faherty store. The manager actually walked away mid-conversation. While corporate was able to kindly fix this issue and did honor the lifetime guarantee, I won’t be shopping at this location due to the rudeness I experienced. Perhaps I’m not the Marin type that will be respected here.
