The big difference in them is that they have provided a comprehensive approach to our financial planning. They have given us terrific advice regarding investments (stocks, bonds and exclusive BJ products) and assistance with buying and selling several homes, including mortgage and insurance referrals. “Personnel are great...it's just that HORRIBLE "music" that we are forced to endure while waiting on the phone. It is an insult to customers...perhaps a variety of light classical music, or, even better, total silence! We can manage the wait time by humming our own tune, if needed.”
