I just got an issue with this company a month ago and I don't hear nothing back from them! I was driving and one other dumpster truck was throwing garbage everywhere and hit my truck they say they will fix it but never got a callback!

The customer service at Grange is out of this world. The people are friendly and helpful and the service was truly perfect - drop off, length of time I could keep it, ability to get a hold of someone, etc - all excellent! I recommend them to all others out there. The service as well as the box were a huge cut above the regular sanitary district debris box, which I have had before many times. Thanks for a great experience!

WASTED my entire day waiting around for this mythical driver to bring the box. There never was a driver or a box coming my way and everyone in that office was fine lying about it. I've done this before. I know how it works when you're waiting for this type of delivery, my issue was 1) Noone answering the phones has a clue about where the heck your delivery is, or if you even have a delivery coming, therefore they should stay off of the phone. The one thing worse than no one answering the phone is someone answering the phone but does not have a clue about anything going on in the office they work; 2) Shouldn't businesses like these have some sort of radio system or cellphones to communicate with drivers? "Hey Dave, are you on your way?", "What's your ETA?", "Hey Dave, where are you? A customer is waiting?" No, homegirl, whose supposed to know what the heck is going on is listening to side conversations as sources of information and reporting that to customers as facts. I called to confirm the delivery at 7:31am and it is now 7:00pm and still no box. So I call, for my fifth time today to cancel and homegirl acts surprised that I'm cancelling my order. Seriously??? Its called customer service. Anyway, I'm going to pay the $200 extra to get the Recology debris bin. That hurts but at least I'll be able to clear this debris from my house. Woooowwwwww!!!!!! PS - I can't believe Yelp creators can't find a way to factor in a zero star rating. When a business truly does not care about customer satisfaction they don't deserve any stars.
