Posting this a bit late but needed to give a shout out to Ruby and Deirdra! I started a new job that requires a lot of travel and needed a new travel bag for my computer, notebooks, etc, etc that needs to go everywhere with me. I had an old Lululemon bag that I've been holding onto for years that is FANTASTIC, but had a broken zipper. Had plenty of people say tell Lulu and they'll replace it, but was a no go when it broke. Went Had a couple of items that had issues (broken zipper, tiny holes in weird places) that I had friends and family say tell Lululemon and they'll replace it, but was always a no go, which everyone I told (who shops at Lululemon) were always very surprised about. So on a whim I brought the bag I had with the broken zipper into the Corte Madera store to see if they could just replace the zipper (since they already do alterations) and ended up talking with Ruby. She left to ask someone (since she's a new salesperson, which I didn't know at the time) and she came back with "unfortunately they said we can't". Told her I wasn't surprised and told her about my experiences asking about some of the issues I've had with items over the years (3 or 4 times over the past 15-20 years) and never being able to get any help or replacements for anything. She said hold on, and left to speak with her manager (Deirdra). When she came back she said they couldn't fix or exchange my bag since they no longer had it in stock, but they'd be happy to replace it with a different bag, free of charge. She also said Deirdra said to bring in the other items I had that have issues and that they'd address them. I was kinda floored because I've always gotten a "sorry, we can't help you" response, so I didn't expect anything, but was very touched by them both going out of their way to help me, and they were both so extremely (and genuinely) sweet about everything... They both said they hated to hear I had bad experiences and wanted to fix that! Honestly, just them trying to help was enough, but they both went the extra mile (Ruby being brand new was extra impressive), and I'll be coming back to this location (which is WAY out of my way) because of that! Wonderful experience with a sales associate who was very pleasant, warm, and worked well with my 9 and 11 year old daughters. Upscale store with great staff. Manager give me a call, plenty of kudos to all who are working there!

Good selection for my plus sized girlies out there - they do stock size 18/20 leggings. I didn’t really look at tops though. They had a smaller selection of the align shorts but had plenty available online and the woman helping me (who just graduated college - congrats !!!) helped me order them online to be shipped to my house.

I’d you have any repairs, triple check to make sure the staff keys in your repairs properly. 35 minutes trying to track a repair which “we can’t find”. Staff was dismissive which is appalling. The customer service and brand quality isn’t what it used to be. I gave more star as the clerk wasn’t rude. Just dismissive.

Excellent customer service. Chris (one of the managers) helped me order through the phone and made this experience very easy, and enjoyable. I hope he's recognized for his outstanding customer service.

This store has a lot of workout clothing options but was quite crowded when I went so be prepared for a line at the checkout. The workers were all friendly, particularly Sadie who was working at the fitting room was very helpful and personable and made me feel comfortable trying on different items. Overall, the service and clothes were worth the wait!

Staff are always super helpful and love that leggings can be hemmed for free. Walker, the changing room attendant, was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to help me find the right pieces.

This location ruined one of my quarter-zips that I sent in to be fixed. All they could offer is a gift card because they discontinued the style. Pretty annoyed since I enjoyed wearing it.

I frequent this location quite often since it's pretty close to my house. Usually I don't really get the best customer service from the staff here but this week I got some great shopping experiences. Rebecca hands down the best. She was so nice and extremely helpful. My 4 year old son even told me that he liked her after we left the store :)
