They push people out well before closing. Dont say the computer is shutting off, just admit you wanna close early.

I just called to check my 100-year-old mother's vaccine record. I took her there for a vaccine last year and my husband did the previous year. The pharmacist declared there was no such person in their records~ever~. When I politely told him she had been going there for decades and I had taken her there for a vaccine last year, he hung up on me. Clearly, there is a major problem with their record-keeping. Add that to their already less-than-par in person service and steer clear. Will be going to CVS in Greenbrae from here on out for all our family vaccines(and shopping). The folks at CVS take more care with their pharmacy patients.

I am a physician and have been calling their pharmacy and leaving messages at least 6 times over 2 days without response. Unacceptable.

Best pharmacy in the area….. filled swiftly and incredibly knowledgeable!!!!! I was in and out in mere minutes!!!!!And such pleasant people!!!!!! Well done!!!!

I required a prescription from a specific manufacturer and both CVS and Walgreens could not help me. Joe, the pharmacist, was extremely kind and helpful with me both on the phone and in person. I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough!

Never once has the pharmacy actually pick up the phone. Quite frustrating needing to walk in just to be turned away because of an issue with insurance that could have been identified over the phone.

I was picking up prescription for my antibiotics because I have a foot infection. Alex helped me get my medicine quickly and efficiently. My foot is still infected though, I think I need to wait a bit before the antibiotics that Alex helped me obtain start working.Thank you Alex

Worst pharmacy/store ever to and I travel all over for work. None of the employees (when you can find one) has any knowledge of the store, and the shelves are at least 40% empty. They didn't even have tweezers!

If I could give them a zero I would. The pharmacy is the absolute worst. They don't pick up phones, in person they are far from cordial, and they never provide your prescription in any where close of the timeframe they say they will. Wasted roughly an hour waiting around, and then treated rudely when I asked about my prescription. Lost my business.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Terrible service, staff is rude especially Latin woman in there working register. Place is never stocked and they close early during "business hours". Do better

One of the worst pharmacies I’ve been to. Staff is poorly managed always long wait and pharmacist is gone for 3 hours a day.
