Literally the best salon experience ever. It was very personal, I felt like my hair was well taken care of; I’ve never been this relaxed and comfortable when getting my hair cut and styled. Hi, I did not post the rating of 2 stars, that was definitely a mistake! The atmosphere of the salon was amazing, and my hair looks and feels great, definitely going back again.

Service: medium length haircut (A-line bob). Lada did an amazing job on my hair! Exactly how I wanted it! She is very professional and skillful. Highly recommend.

Lada is a humble genius at her craft. She's informative, kind, listens and delivers. I immediately and intuitively trusted her to cut 4 inches off my long hair- which I've never done before. She did not disappoint and gave me the most beautiful layers and haircut! She checked in with me twice to make sure it was what I wanted, she checked with the image I showed her for reference and exceeded my expectations. I'm going back for highlights in two weeks :)

Was here not too long ago before I went back to florida, the lady there repeated to insult my curly hair and told me that men shouldn’t have long hair; she cut all my hair and gave me a buzz cut.Service: Haircut

I am extremely high maintenance when it comes to my hair + service providers in general but I can honestly stay Lada EXCEEDS ALL EXPECTATIONS. First, she is incredible at her craft. I have lived in the Bay Area for 12 years and switched stylists at least twice a year before finding Lada. She is a pro. Her haircuts are efficient (used to going to very high end salons where they'd take an hour to cut my hair)...Lada is both better and faster. Perfect hair cut every time - if there are any issues, I know I can tell her, she does not get offended, and makes it exactly how I want. The experience is perfect too - easy to get to, ton of parking, she has her own building...very safe / Covid friendly atmosphere and never an issue if you need to take a call or something during the cut. She is equally happy to chat with you the whole time or not say a word (she gets it). Love that I can schedule via text too. Price is on low end as well...I have told her many times she should increase but she says she wants to be accessible to everyone and loves her clients (truly amazing human being). 10/10 on every level.

Lada is a master artist. Whether I'm keeping it short or growing it out, she always makes it look great. She's especially good with my curly/frizzy hair and with highlights and color.

Ruined my hair! See my profile photo for my haircut! So disappointed with the fact that Lada DID not Listen to me when I told her what I wanted. I even brought photos and told her exactly what I wanted, a blunt cut with bangs. My hair was to my mid back. Lada did the exact opposite and did not ask a single question as she proceeded to ruin 6 years of long , healthy hair. Literally cut My hair off at an angle so severe that it will take years to grow out evenly. My hair was completely hacked by Lada. She cut off 8 inches of my hair, over textured it to the point where the cuticle is so damaged, that I cannot get a brush through it. My bangs were so damaged when she cut them, that she used a flat iron on them. Lesson learned, I will not ever return to this salon.

Lada at Salon a la Mode rocks! She's a good listener and if you have long hair and want to keep it that way, she will not chop it off like so many stylists do! But she'll offer suggestions too. She's expert on Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin treatments too. And she's very nice. Highly recommended.

Lada at Salon a la Mode is wonderful! She listens to what you want and also offers suggestions based on her expertise. She's a great stylist and also an expert on Brazilian Blowouts and Keratin treatments. It can be hard to find stylists who can do a great haircut and smoothing treatments - but Lada is one of those rare people. Plus, she is super sweet!

I texted Lada to make an appointment and I am so happy I did. It is currently appointment only. She is such a professional and knows her products. I live near by and always walk by Salon A La Mode. I got a haircut, split end treatment, and the Brazilian blowout. My hair is so soft, it literally feels like silk. It's so shiny and smooth. She was so skilled and it felt like she cut every piece of my split ends off. I am so grateful to her. A good price for the area!
