“MM&S packed up our 1700 sqft house into a 26' truck in just one day. And they moved us to our new home 40 miles away the next. Not one thing was broken or scratched. Absolutely an amazing service. Two excellent crews, excellent customer service, and fast. Removing the empty boxes and paper after the move was hard, but we hired someone to take it all away. The bottom line is that we would have spent more money and time if we did it ourselves.”

They even showed us several units in person so we could get a better sense of the sizes before deciding, which made the process much easier. “This 4star review is about the customer service and not the facility itself. Bobby is the only reason why. I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). However, the customer service provided by Bobby of above and beyond. She deserves a lot of credit, as well as a pay raise (DO YOU HEAR ME PIBLIC STORAGE?! Pay this woman her worth!!!!), for her patience, communication and efforts with customers. I really appreciate her honesty and follow through with what she says in actions. Thank you, Bobby, and I hope you will be acknowledged by your employer for your service!”

They helped us move from Oakland Hills to SF. Was NOT fully packed by the time they arrived - still had to move some clothes into a wardrobe box (which they provided), had to wrap my standing desk/console table with a heavy stone slab/huge tv.
They helped a TON - wrapped all items carefully in blankets and moved my hanging clothes into the wardrobe box. Then, our place in SF was up 3 flights up stairs and they did not complain at all and were so careful bringing everything up. Could not recommend them more.”
