i went in for a drybar blowout brush which i found out they don't carry anymore. i asked a worker what might be a good second option with similar functionaliuty. she pointed me to amika and said their round brush worked exactly the same. i got home and opened it and it is an entirely different product. it functions like a curling iron where as i wanted a blowout brush. i have an event tomorrow morning and no way to do my hair :( kind of a bummer. she was nice tho

Terrible mean girl service. I turned to someone in full uniform and asked for help she put her finger in my face and said “I’m not on the clock right now!” It was so rude and so mean I didn’t get her name but she was white. The only people who were helpful were the black women working there. One of the helpful women’s name was Jen. Thanks for being kind and genuine and helpful. However I won’t be returning

I had a deeply disappointing experience here. I left feeling humiliated and ashamed after having my brows waxed. I had also scheduled a makeup appointment, but I was passed off to another employee after a team member made me doubt whether I had even made the appointment. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since this was supposed to be a birthday treat for myself—a chance to enjoy some self-care before a dinner out with my husband. Instead, it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in years. While the products may be worth purchasing, I wouldn’t recommend booking additional services here. The staff came across as judgmental, especially if you’re not well-versed in beauty techniques, not welcoming at all! Truly disappointing. I will never be returning to this location and I’m an avid shopper, I’ll continue to purchase online so I don’t feel shame and have to be the one offering conversation, I’ve worked years in retail and I would never treat anyone with the condescending tone this place does, I would shop anywhere else. It truly made me think what I did wrong, yet I did nothing to deserve the treatment I received.

Most of the staffs are amazing, ready to help and guide customers. The store is stocked and rarely out of popular products.

I had the most AMAZING makeup lesson with Justin Van Deren! He spent so much time explaining everything to me, and did such an excellent job transforming my old face ;) Any place that has him at the forefront of its store knows what they're doing... I highly recommend seeking him out, even if you are a makeup aficionado... he's a genius

Sephora, I want to like you but my experience wasn't great ;)The quality of the products I purchased were not satisfactory. The material was cakey and clumpy compared to the same items purchased directly from retailers like Bobbi Brown and Nars.I'm unsure if they were bad batches, past their shelf life, or maybe Sephora has dedicated manufacturers with low standards.On top of that, there wasn't a single thing you could do to help me exchange these products overseas at one of your many locations, leaving me stuck with expensive and unwearable products.

I went in to buy some gifts and the salesperson helped me pick four gift sets at $30 each. That was also how the items were marked with a special sticker on the display cabinet. At the checkout counter they would not honor the display price. The manager was very rude and condescending. The truth is I would have paid the $45, but not after being treated so rudely. Needless to say I will never go to the store again. At these prices they can afford to be polite.

The worts place if you’re not blonde, Or I don’t have any idea why people is like so rude to others ,The cashier Mel .B I think is her name or not but she have a red shot hair , wasn’t kind at all , like I was asking for free , please make sure to treat the costumers with kindness, If you don’t like your job make sure to find something else that you enjoy doing, I’m not sure if is the personality of that lady but please be more nicer,Is sad when you try to be nice w the whole world and finding people so disrespectful,I feel so bad because I’m done and tired of that kind of people,

Just know you’ll get racially profiled if you’re black and go this Sephora. This is the second time I’ve had this experience at this Sephora with a dark haired Hispanic girl following me like a criminal. I never experience this at Ulta but unfortunately, they don’t carry my makeup forever foundation there and it’s gotten to the point where I’d instacart my makeup just not to go through this every time but delivery fees are awful. I should be able to shop in peace like everyone else. It is dehumanizing truly.

I wanted to get full face makeup for an event, but they didn't have appts. I just went in to buy some lashes. I still asked if they had availability, and Maribel had a cancelation, so she was able to help me. I loved the result!
