Mimi was great! She drove in her car, picked up my Google Pixel and brought it to her store on her own! I didn't have to wait the two days for shipping. I came in the next day and Mimi was able to get me an upgrade when another T-Mobile branch couldn't. Mimi got me set up and ready to go with the phone I really wanted. Thanks Mimi!-Annastacia

I have used T-Mobile for many years . I have never had a problem until I dropped my phone and smashed it. I went in and asked if they replace the glass? They said no and that I needed tp purchase a new phone. I drive for LYFT and need to have a phone. My phone still works. But I took their word for it .The sales rep Julian was very aggressive like a used car salesman. He kept trying to sell me more products than I needed. Then he got angry when I said NO. When I got home my nephew texted me that I could of gotten new glass at the Mall. I went back the next day and they told me that they charge a $75.00 return fee. Clearly I was taken advantage of. I am sad as I am a stock holder. They used to be honest. They should of just told me to go to the Mall first.

?Was with T mobile for 17yrs. After 10minute interaction with store manager ? switched to AT&T. No regrets ??P.s. Julius you have way more potential than working under the dark energy of that place, get out while you can. Rooting for you brother. Every moment in life is an invitation to be your truest self

Pathetic customer service.Was sent to three different locations to cancel my internet. I was told to come to CM, Ended up here because it is a corporate location.30 minutes later still unable to cancel my home internet.T mobile is awful, and I will never use them again!

Sign says open at 10am. It's now 10:26am. Employees are walking around inside but the door is locked. She is just straight up ignoring me for 26 minutes now. When I call, she walks over picks up the phone and hangs it up without a word. What is this? December 18th

This review is for my salesperson who happened to be the store manager according to the badge he was wearing. Watch out for upselling. Was told a set-up fee couldn't be avoided even if buying online. Nope, not until November 15th. (T mobile gave me a refund which was really nice of them). I was also told that I must have the USBC adapter to charge my new phone, not true either. He also has a rude dismissive way about him and while I didn't trust him from the start, I needed a new phone so went with it. He did set up my new phone, but I'll have to go and return the adapter. All others I've interacted with at this store were really helpful and kind so just avoid the manager.

If you look at my review history, I mostly write positive reviews.That said, this store sucks. It was the only T-mobile store I've been to where I didn't have to wait an hour, and there were three employees available. I was turned away without anyone even pulling up my account for an issue I've been trying to resolve for two months that I'd been on the phone working out all day. They said the service I needed was something the entire company "was no longer doing and it would be done automatically in a few months." I went to the San Rafael T-mobile and they handled it within 10 minutes.Little did the lazy (presumably) manager know, theirs was the fourth location I've been to in recent months trying to resolve the issue and the only completely unhelpful store I've been to. Thanks for nothing.

I spent almost an hour and a half here before finding out they didn’t have any iPhone 13’s in stock except a mini. I got there at 11:15 and there were already 5 people and one employee. A second woman came in about 25 minutes later. They really need to tell people upfront they have no stock so you don’t waste time there. I have had the same account with Sprint for 18 years I pay every bill with my cc on file and have gotten multiple phones and The manager told me because my brother initially set up the account she couldn’t help me. I went to the T-Mobile store in Montecito plaza today and was in and out with a new phone in under a half an hour. It was 180° difference from what I experienced here.

Cameron was super patient and helpful. Place is always clean. They never make me feel like an idiot for my user errors. Waits can be long (phones take forever to update) so just think through when they might be busy before going.
