The Dailey Method is a barre-based workout that effectively strengthens the body and centers the mind. Classes are non-impact and designed to increase strength, flexibility, stamina, better posture, and body awareness. Workouts are mindfully crafted to strengthen and stretch the entire body, all within a supportive community and attuned to dynamic, fun music.
