I am a frequent shopper at the Tommy Bahama in Corte Madera, CA and other Tommy Bahama stores when traveling. The staff at the Corte Madera store is always helpful. There are always new items to see and they have a variety of sizes available. I highly recommend you give them a visit!

Love the service your staff in this store provides - it's exceptional. They often go to the back of the store to find a size that isn't on the floor. And they're truly nice people!

I just went by Tommy Bahama in Corte Madera to return three pairs of shorts that I purchased years ago. I recently lost a lot of weight and could no longer use the brand new shorts. The sales women were so nice and generous. They took back my shorts and gave me a full exchange. They were so helpful and wonderful. I have always liked Tommy Bahama, but they earned a lifelong customer. Thank you!

I love their shirts! I have been wearing them for likely 20 years now. Yes, prices are a bit high but I have no problem with that as the quality is excellent! As I continue to get larger, I have passed my older ones down to family and friends. In fact, I am ordering another right now. I could not be more pleased!

I purchased a gift pair of sandals for my girlfriend while in Hawaii. I was really clear that I wasn't sure her shoe size. The salesman insisted that I could return them to my hometown in Corte Madera for a refund if they didn't fit. There is no way I would buy them otherwise. They didn't fit so I went to return them at Corte Madera with the gift receipt. They said I could only get store credit and refused to refund me. The manager was horrible, insisting that she did not have the power to refund me with a gift receipt. A gift receipt! After a long conversation, she finally gave me my refund as I was leaving the store, but would only do it if I signed up for the mailing list. Terrible experience, refunds should be easy like at Nordstrom.

I can't believe all the negative reviews. This is my favorite clothing store. It's in a lovely mall with good people watching. It's always very pleasant to just walk in the store and get that tropical feel. The personnel are consistently polite, friendly and helpful. They do rotate the staff a lot so maybe there was a clinker in there but I've never had one. Great selection of stylish jeans and shirts and they are always accommodating about trying on as many as necessary to get that right pair. What's not to like?
