What an awful woman. Brusque to the point of rude and completely inflexible on what cut your dog will get It’s very much her way or the highway. Also the dogs are in small crates and did not seem happy at all. My poodle came out clean but looking very mediocre.
There are better alternatives for you and your dog.

Very nice groomer, friendly, and professional. Space is a little cramped, but they make it work.

Have been taking my dogs to Terri as long as she has been in business. She loves dogs and does a great job!!
