I am really upset how I was treated. I went in there to get a new screen cover for my phone. I asked them to put it on for me and they said they would. I noticed that there was some air under the screen protector and ask them to fix it. They said they did then when I went outside I noticed it was still there. My husband went back in and talked to the manager and she said that they would not fix it. She said that it was a courtesy that they put it on in the first place and they are not liable if they don’t do it right. She refused to fix it. I will never go into that store again. We also have a lot of business lines with them and I’m not sure if I even want to continue our service if that’s how they treat there customers. I would do zero stars if I could and would tell anyone who wants to be treated like a human being to not step foot in that store.

We upgraded iPhones using the trade in program - the rep must have executed the upgrade incorrectly because he promised that our bill would be reduced and our account would be credited once the trade ins processed. Almost 7 months later, the trade in value has not been credited. Verizon if you see this please help. We’ve tried calling multiple times, been transferred and hung up on more than I can count.

Unfortunately I’m not able to give 0 stars. This store has horrible customer service. I purchased an iPhone but opted to return it unopened to the store. The manager could not figure out how to process the return and instead asked me to mail it in.

If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would so that ppl can stay away from this store. The staff is only there to upsell with no honesty.
I tried to go return a home internet and they said that I have to take it back to where I bought it. When I went back, they called customer service with me because they really couldn't receive the home internet. When we spoke to a rep, they assured me that the corporate location is supposed to receive this home internet even though they turned me away. I guess its because I didn't buy it with them, so they turned me away. But For this reason I will never go back to that verizon store and at least the retailer tried to help me unlike corporate. They are just a bunch of robots that are useless at the Corte Madera store.
Go to a retailer. They are more helpful and at least try to help.
What's the point of being the real verizon if your not going to help your customers. This store needs new management and new staff. Ppl that actually know how to do their job instead of being lazy and a bunch of liars. Verizon, you need staff that actually helps it's customers whether it's buying new product or helping with issues.
Stay away from this store.
I promise you, this will save you time and headaches. Go to the stores in San Rafael. Way more friendlier and helpful.

I bought a phone with a plan 2 days ago at Verizon Corte Madera. They clearly promised to waive my activation fee and give me a deal on the monthly rate. Then when I sign in to Verizon, the rate is not what they promised. Phone customer service would not give me the deal they promised me. I returned to the store to try ti fix the problem. They told me the person who sold me the phone was new and didn’t know what he was doing yet so they wouldn’t give me the price he clearly quoted multiple times. Liars. Bamboozlers!

Everybody looks super relaxed, but they have six people ahead of me, and he did not even want to hear my concern not even after I told him what happened to me and why I needed them this is the second store that’s getting a review and perhaps there is a class action lawsuit in place. I’m sure a lot of people are joining the action lawsuit against Verizon happens all the time right.
Not even canceling my appointment. What a waste of time it’s OK it’s a beautiful day. I’m positive ? I get to be outside and they get to be miserable. Oh well!

They tried a high pressure sales approach and price gouging. We saved over 100 a month and got free phones at the Novato location compared to their offer which we would've paid off the phones in 3 years . I would go straight to Novato. Much better deals, no pressure and attitude.

Yesterday I had the most horrible customer service experience at this Verizon store ever. Carlos was the worst. Instead of helping me, he made me wait for hours, was incredibly unsympathetic, and should not be permitted to work with the public ever. Astounding this is the way this business is run.

Carlos was awful. I was just at that store for hours. Carlos was anything but helpful, it was definately one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Don't go looking to them for help. Horrible.
