Yesterday I had the most horrible customer service experience at this Verizon store ever. Carlos was the worst. Instead of helping me, he made me wait for hours, was incredibly unsympathetic, and should not be permitted to work with the public ever. Astounding this is the way this business is run.

Verizon as a company is the ABSOLUTE worse, hence the reason there is a class action lawsuit. This location has the worst customer service in the history of customer service. I have no idea why these particular people work in a service industry when they have no people's skills. Avoid this location at all costs.

Staff at this store are incredibly helpful. Had a great experience there December 2023. Patient and thorough. Helped me upgrade to a better plan for my family and helped me buy two phones seamlessly. Was actually an enjoyable experience. I think the staff person’s name was James.

The corporate store for Verizon was staffed by some of the most sharply informed phone gurus I've come across and they were adept at providing everything I asked for despite my requests being slightly challenging and complicated. I spent several hours being helped by patient and courteous staff and left with everything exactly that I had hoped to aquire while there. Very happy with my visit. Don't bother with reseller stores unless all you need to do is pay a bill. Use the corporate stores where the employees are able to actually provide you with your needs.

If there were zero stars that would be my score. There were 8 customers in the store and 4 employees. None were the manager. I received a text from Verizon saying my items were ready for pick up. I showed up and was told there would 1.5 hour wait "at least" before I could be helped. I had a particularly sensitive time frame as my husband was only recently out of hospital and was home very ill and I only had a little time to spare. I had asked the Verizon "sales associate " on the call when I purchased the phones if I should make an appointment for the pickup was told no. At the store after I said I couldn't wait for an hour +, it was suggested that I go home and come back later! I was also told that even if I made an appointment, once I showed up it might still be > 1 hour wait, because they were short staffed. So, a negative rating for the young staff in the shop and a double negative for the people responsible for low staffing their shops, and a triple negative for thier phone sales associates who give out incorrect information. UPDATE: I was still billed for the purchase of the new iphone, even though the person in the store told me my entire order was cancelled, as I requested, instead still getting billed despite multiple long waits on phone calls. FINALLY, I didn't bother to read the other reviews, but I agree that the service here is particularly bad, especially for seniors. How many similar negative reviews to consider that there is a real problem in your shops?

I went to the store to get a new Apple Watch and I spoke with the manager name Carlos he told me the waiting time it’s 45 minutes what’s OK with me but he say if you want to be a faster just go to Apple Store and get the watch and will activate it for you, so I want to Apple, so I got the watch he didn’t even register my namedisrespectful I just have respect for other customers because I almost we’re going to fight the way how he talk

This just applies to this store. I honestly was waiting longer than the time that they helped me. The treatment was extremely dismissive. Makes me not want to be a Verizon customer anymore.

I’m very disappointed with Verizon wireless customer service. My family has been involved with this company for 8 years and for the first time in this particular location in Corte Madera, they were ignoring my mother who was asking for help on data transferring (which shouldn’t cost $30 for something so fast and easy for them) and had my mom waiting for 30 minutes and when she was attending there before anybody yet this person was attending someone else. He stopped attending my mother and decided to attend somebody else.Also a few days when we were going to get our new phones, they didn’t do a good job explaining how to transfer data nor did they help us besides trying to kick us out of the store.Horrible customer service, do better!

Posting store hours with a QR code on the door is cruel and messed up when a lot of customers come in with phone issues. I just needed to know when you opened so I could get two phones repaired.Ricardo was nice and helpful,Thank you

Terrible place!!! We were told swelling battery on the iPhone13 was a manufacturer defect and with our warranty we can replace for $50. The next rep tells us it $100 and it's not under warranty! Battery acid smell!!! How are we responsible for this defect!?! No help here!!!

Putting aside that they now charge $30 for a data transfer (which is an agredious new policy for something so quick and basic), the service here was disgraceful. The staff were impatient and rude, and treated the senior citizens that were in there looking for help with little to no patience, kindness or empathy. I was in there twice this past month, and it's one thing to be short with someone in their 20's or 30's looking for help, but to treat seniors with such little regard was shameful. I'll go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

Avoid this Verizon location if at all possible and drive up to the one in Novato at Vintage Oaks if at all possible. If unavoidable, advise strongly that you avoid Carlos who is extremely officious, persnickety and rude to customers as well as to his staff. Had a very unpleasant experience with him and his petty behavior In regards to a child's Gizmo watch. The only saving grace is realizing it was nothing personal because his behavior was unprofessional, impatient, inefficient and clipped to everyone around him.
