Horrible. Just now got them done and they look like they need a fill already. Hated my nails. The lady was told nicely to fix them. But she was mad and was hurting me on purpose. Bad service from her. Everyone else was nice.

Le Le she the best ! I have gone to another place for 5 years on Harbor bkvd. Not to mention there name .
However, LeLe has just a gentle touch when it comes to her work. The massage on my feet was superior. She is very meticulous and did a amazing job. My pedicure was excellent!!!

Ive been coming here for years for very simple nails which is okay with me but today was a horrible experience they didn't do anything I wanted I went specifically for a look for my toe nails and I kept repeating myself over and again over again what I wanted and the lady got mad at me instead because "I didn't tell her what I wanted" but I even told the owner right when I arrived what I wanted I wasted 88$ for no reason I didn't give a tip because the lady who did my toe nails didn't listen to me and wanted to do them her own way when im obviously paying for what I want. If I could get a refund I would want that ASAP. Also my hand nails are so chunky and not even squared how I wanted them too. Anyways don't come here if you are trying to waste your money.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I'm not the one to leave a bad yelp review but the work here that was done was not up to par. I feel really bad for those who get their nails done here and receive the poor workmanship. As I was getting my nails done I wanted to tell the lady to stop and just take it off because i could tell how bad of a job she was doing. The gel was so sloppy getting all over my nails. I tried to tell the lady and she could not understand me. But the pedicure lady I believe could. I knew all my gel would start peeling up... gel should last 1.5-2 weeks and it's been 3 days. After I asked for the lady to see how sloppy it was she starting cutting at and filing down the gel which then caused two of my fingers to bleed. Please save yourself if you don't want to endure a bad nail job and waste your money. On top of this...it was my birthday. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this place at all to anyone if you are looking to get gel done.

Made an appointment for 2 pedicures today at 9am, I had even called twice yesterday to confirm the appointment and when I showed up today, they said that I wasn't on the list and 2 other women were already waiting for the 9am slot. Beyond pissed.

Paid for a manicure and pedicure and woke up the next day with an blistering bacterial infection. Had to see my Doctor after several days of swelling and he prescribed antibiotics. I called No 1 Top Nails and was given the run around by the staff. No return calls and they just continue to state the owner is not there, etc. These people are dishonest and don't care about their customers. I can now attest that their tools are equally as filthy. I'm sure I'll have to drag this dishonest shop owner into court.Services: Pedicures
