If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came in to get one of their delicious M&M sugar cookies and the entire time I was paying + after purchasing I was harassed by the cashier. I came in about 4:30pm on 2/19/24 when I purchased the cookies, the cashier informed me I could not shop here in the future if I didn't remove my motorcycle helmet. I politely complied, telling him "no problem I will take off my helmet when I come in to shop." He then told me 6 more times, in which, everytime I said "no problem I will take it off in the future." As I'm walking out he screams at me "MOTHERFUCKER ARE YOU TRYING TO ROB ME. FUCK YOU MOTHERFUCKER" and then proceeding to say he has a firearm to protect himself. Essentially telling me he was ready to shoot me. May I remind you, I've already paid for my goods. PAID FOR THEM with a smile on my face. I stopped at the door while he was yelling at me, told him he was crazy cause I just came to buy some cookies, and walked out. He motioned under his table multiple times where his "firearm" was as if he was ready to shoot me. Overall, will never be going back to this 7/11 and would recommend avoiding at all costs. Morning crew is super cool which makes this review unfortunate to post, but the PM crew, or at least that one guy, is completely unhinged. If they do have protection on this site, I'm afraid this guy will use it improperly resulting in injury or worse. Hopefully management takes care of it! Better off going to the 7-11 on 17th street as they have wonderful customer service there. Update: I came in this morning 2/20/24 at about 10am to inform management that they have a potential loose cannon behind the register. Before I even opened the door, that same guy was screaming "TAKE OFF YOUR HELMET YOU CANT COME IN" even though I was taking my helmet off as I was opening the door. Nonetheless, I politely took off my helmet and requested to speak to management. He began screaming, with a customer inside, claiming he was the only manager and ran the place. His name was pronounced "sha-mi" - I finally got it out of him as I didn't want to purchase anything, but to inform the higher ups their cashier is ready to kill people. After I received his name, I walked out to my bike where he continued to stare me down. I looked him straight in the face, smiled, and left! Do yourself a favor, stay safe, and choose a different 7/11 - before you end up getting murdered for PURCHASING a cookie.

This location is literally a breath of fresh air not only do they order the cigarettes I like here for me cuz they don't really carry them much places anymore but they are some of the friendliest attendance at any 7-Eleven location

I pulled up to this store to see one of the employees involved in an altercation with a transient. The employee was calling the transient the "N-Word" repeatedly as he was chasing him off. As I am Black it doesn't make me feel like a welcome customer. I'm never going there again. Aside from that... the same employee has just always been very rude. One day he actually tossed my changed to me.

What a piece of work flat top haircut I went in to buy a 12 pack of truly and a 12 pack of white claw around 6:15 am. I saw there was a deal for 7 rewards. I tried to sign up at the register and the guy kept on canceling my submission and then saying my number doesn't work. Because it said something along the lines of please wait processing. I told him to let it process he said no it doesn't work. I then told him that it's fine I would use wife's phone number and he kept button mashing the screen but nothing for input would pop up at which point I asked him to rescan the items so I could put my wife's number in. Instead of doing that he scans the next customers items so I said hey you are not done with me why am I getting skipped. He then started yelling at me saying that I was playing games and other people have to work. When I had just gotten home from a very long night at work. He caused a big Ole seen. I apologized to the customers behind me for setting him off but his impatience and lack of knowledge on how to sign someone up for 7 11 rewards is detrimental to business. 8/28/20227/112244 Fairview RdSte ACosta Mesa, CA 9262This is store owners son or relative of a 7/11 in Costa Mesa. This person assaulted me on this date for no reason. The guy had some size to him and was looking to provoke me into an assault and battery charge. From seeing the behavior of this person in the picture its obvious he has been harassing and verbally assaulting people routinely every day and knows he has video cameras in the store so he can attempt to provoke people up the very limits of legally what could be less than verbal assault charges and he knows quite well unsuspecting customers walk into this 7-11 not knowing he thrives on attempting to provoke people. His tirade was over whether this 7-11 allows coffee in your own cup or use one of their cups which in the post Covid era is irrelevant as all the other 7/11's in the region let you fill your own cup.This person needs to be banned from ever working or stepping foot into a 7/11 store, and also the owner who is his father or close relative be removed from owning any 7/11 franchises. There are other reviews of other store employees doing other outrageous things in this store and the pics of the other person looks like someone different. Both of these guys think their of big size but looks appears their pumped up on steroids. Its amazing either of these brothers or close relatives are still alive and someone hasn't already killed them for the stunts they pulls when unsuspecting people just walk into the store. Prison would be about the only place these 2 men should life and not be allowed in the general public population.

The cashier was very rude. Accused me of throwing money. I slid him a dime and I guess that is considered throwing money in his little bubble. I won't return to this 7 eleven again. I guess they are busy enough to not worry about repeat customers.

The phone number listed is disconnected. Please update your phone number. I have a question about a return. I cannot contact you. On December 10,2021 I drove to this 711 where I purchased a cell phone power cord for $18. My phone was not charging at all even with the $18 cord I purchased. I then had to get a new phone the very next day. I wanted to call the store first to see if I could exchange the cord with my receipt, because my new phone I had to purchase, due to my previous phone not charging or holding a charge. The charger cord I purchased did not fit my new phone, so I drove down to the store and in person,asked the guy if I could do an even exchange to get a power cord for my new phone. The man was extremely RUDE. He refused to do an even exchange with my receipt in hand. This man has no idea about customer service. He is flat out a miserable person. I will never return to this location for any reason and I will tell all my Navy Federal active and veterans. To please do not shop at this 711 location. This man does not deserve our American money.. Please do your business anywhere from this location. I really hope this cashier gets fired by the company. He should NOT be working in a customer service job at all period!

This guy working at the register is a complete and utter a******* I purchased an $18.00 phone car charger from this store on 12/04/ 2021. It would not work for my phone. My phone would still not hold a charge. I had to end up buying a new phone and I wanted to just exchange the cord I purchased for a cord that could fit my new phone. He was a complete idiot about it and refused. This man has zero customer service skills. My bank Navy Federal for The Military and their family uses these 711 stores for us United States Military. This store should NEVER be used by active or veteran military. He does not deserve our American dollars. Please choose any other 711 for your business. Do NOT go to the 711 of of Fairview and Wilson. 711 corporate offices should be notified how this employee treats the customers. This man is a short Indian looking man with short hair, suffering from short man's syndrome. Despicable!

The 4ft 4 manager pulled a knife out on me and accused me of trying to steal when I blatantly wasn't.
