The manager is rude and super uneducated. My daughter wanted to return a jacket and they did not accept even if it was brand new. Horrible service and do NOT shop here. I wish I can give this store a 0/5

Christmas Eve morning I came into the store to get my son a gift. The minute she opened the doors until I checked out at the register, Dominique was wonderful! Excellent customer service. She answered any questions I had and even pulled out some pieces from in the back. I usually dread having to do any shopping the week of Christmas but this trip was a pleasant experience and walking out with a gift for my son I was so happy!

Terrible customer service! Mo I don't know if that's her real name the Manager acts like she owns the place, very unprofessional! Don't t buy from them! Especially if it's a gift for someone, the return policy is the worst! Very bad quality!

the most unprofessional customer service ever. Unethical customer service. Worse than Winston Churchill's attitude and temper, however Churchill knows how to end the war against Axis Powers.The similar problem occurred several times with different customers. you could check Yelp. And they all point to the pink or purple hair manager. Not a random event, but a continuous and analytical sequence.

I love AllSaints and have been a customer for many years, so this is a review of this particular store, not the brand. Two days ago, I purchased an item I didn't love. Today, I attempted to return the item to this store. The attendant who "helped" was a terrible customer service representative. First, she told me that the item could not be returned because it didn't have a tag. The tag and receipt were literally in the bag. Next, she offered store credit after asking the manager for an exception. When I explained that it's only been a day since purchase, she calmly said to me, "it's been two days". I then drove an hour to another store, who returned the same item without question. This purple headed woman is a horrrible staff member with no empathy who has soured me on a brand I love with an awful customer service experience.

Marc is such a hard-working face of the brand when he should honestly be modeling as well! His advice, welcoming demeanor along with his calmness were so appreciated. He was hanging clothes up at record speeds and understood our style as soon as we picked out certain pieces of clothing. His hat and entire outfit was on point, and he is one of the many reasons we will be coming back and shopping even more! He undoubtedly deserves a raise!! Side note their 50% off sale’s incredible at the moment and newcomers get 15% off their first online purchase!

They are beyond rude at this store. The store manager Angelina has such an attitude she literally ignored me for 10 minutes while I was standing in front of the register because I had a return. She also refused to give me a gift card for an item that had a tag on it brand now because I didn't have the receipt with me. I will literally go out of my way to drive to Los Angeles to go to a different All Saints store because of the terrible vibes that are coming off from the people that work in the store especially the manager!

I called to ask if I can do an exchange for a jacket I bought online. As soon as I finished my question, the guy who answered said they don't have that size (6) in store. Thanks for taking the time to check!
