Worst experience, came today 13.10.2023 to the store to disconnect the line and take a new phone, the staff did not help us, said " call yourself and watch the video on the website" and the site is not working....I'm wondering what the employees are for in the store? So that I, a migrant without English and with bugs on the site, could sit and figure out how to disconnect lines? I will write a complaint to the general director! In other countries, we didn't do anything ourselves, it's a service of store employees, I'm not a programmer to deal with your site.

Last May, I went to the store to purchase a couple of prepaid sim plans for a 30 day visit to the USA. Talked to Messael, their business expert who set us up with a plan that cost $50 a month each for unlimited talk, text and bandwidth, that would include a rebate of $40 as a special promotion. He installed the sims and got the phone working.When I got home, I had received an email about the new phone plan that didn't reflect what I had discussed with Messael and store manage Aaron.I went back the next morning to the store to dispute the account that was set up and was assured that the info that I received in my email was incorrect and that it would be the $50 plan that I was sold!I told them if it wasn't, they would pay for their error and that I would be back in 29 days when I get back from my travels to settle the bill before leaving the country.I returned, paid my bill, got a receipt for full payment, left the country and in my email I get a overdue notice from ATT stating that I owe $445!!!!I sent an email to the store about the mistake and was assured that they had straightened it all out, cancelled the errored account and that I was in fact, paid up then received an email from another store manage Omid, telling me that there was nothing owed!!I now getting threats from ATT about paying them or risk being sent to collections!!It's my opinion that this store is doing scams where they set up accounts to receive some sort of kick-back from the parent company and then collecting cash payment for account settlement in the store that doesn't go to ATT!!Doesn't look good!!!!

The slowest store ever . They literally have 2 people on the floor / 9 customers waiting in queue.. there are employees in the back god knows who's doing what. Ridiculous.. they will walk out from the back and then walk back inside after seeing all the customers waiting around ... No acknowledgement whatsoever..

This is a great store for all your AT&T needs. Great customer service. Both Eileen & Kristal are amazing reps. They are very knowledgable and very helpful. I highly recommend this store and ask for Eileen or Kristal. You will get the best help.

Peter, helped me with a lot of empathy, patience, and efficiency, at a vulnerable time for me after my husband, (account holder) passed away. In the process, there were some problems and some confusion with what they told me on the 611 assistance line, so I decided to return to the store and Peter was in charge of solving everything and checking every last detail.It was also an advantage for me that I was bilingual, because even though I speak English, in these types of situations I feel more confident speaking Spanish in my native language. Also note that Peter was supported by his team of supervisors or managers.

What is up with ATT deactivating an older device you didn’t trade in and before you had a chance to transfer all of the old phones data to the new one? They literally deactivated my old phone within minutes of leaving the ATT store. When I went back to the store to complain they said “oh that’s because of the new “electronic SIM card.” Bull****! The customer should be able to activate their new phone when they’re good and ready (like you used to be able to do). Because of this I was out of contact with my work - who relies on being able to get in touch with me at any moment - and possibly any number of important call, messages or e-mails. It angered me so much I’m seriously thinking about switching carriers.

Worst experience possible here. 3 months ago I came in to trade in my phone. I was given misinformation about the cost of adding another line to “save” money. She said if I added a new line I would only pay $5 for the additional line. Well that was false. I went from paying $80 for just one line to now paying $150 for two numbers on one cellphone. My total bill went up to $400 a month for a store employee giving out the wrong information. As someone with experience in sales, please make sure your employees are not telling people the wrong info. This was ridiculous.

HORRIBLE. Lied to about the price I was paying and the plan I was getting. Price went up every month. Don't go here. They scam you. Been on the phone for a couple hours each time trying to figure it out.

I'm thinking about switching from cable to streaming and each time I've gone into the store with a question, they've been very helpful. Steven, the Mgr., printed out the streaming channel line up for me so I could compare it to the channels I'm getting now (he could've just told me to look it up online). My experience, whether I have questions or just need to pay my bill, is that everyone is friendly and considerate. Something that matters to me when deciding who I want to give my business to.

On a busy Sunday afternoon, I waited about an hour to be helped, but the wait was worth it because David was fantastic.He listened and help solve my iPhone problems, upgraded me to a new device, helped me choose a new phone number and made me aware of a program for physicians. I am beyond satisfied!

The worst. I would give it zero stars if I could. Poorest customer service I've ever witnessed, rude and inattentive employees. I hate the fact that I need to give them my business, but internet in my area is pretty limited. Bummer.

Lied to and ripped off. will never go there again. was told no less than 5 different lies, from getting an 800.00 credit for old phone to will get 25.00 off by bundling their internet. Zero integrity here. I tried to call the sales guy and his cell was no longer in service . Zero stars.
