I found my new car at this Audi dealership and had the pleasure to work with the team of Collin, Matt and Amjad. The communication was smooth and my experience was very pleasant. Matt and Amjad provided excellent customer service, supported me throughout the process and made everything in their power to make me happy! Highly recommend this team!

WOW! Whatta' buying experience! Robert & Kyle were unbelievable... not your typical sales people. They were very kind, extremely knowledgeable, and not pretentious in the very least. We felt as though they were selling to us, not our wallets. Callas in the finance department was extremely witty, got us in-n-out in a jiffy and sold us a $6,000 extended warranty in the process. But Robert & Kyle... they are very conscious. They should receive an award for their outstanding care for your customers. Because of this trio of amazement, we intend to visit and refer everyone we know to Fletcher Jones Audi. We are also longtime customers of Fletcher Jones Mercedes, and their attention to customer service is also outstanding.

I am definitely updating this review. Since leasing my new 2024 vehicle, the experience has been terrible. To begin with, despite my lease being set to end in March 2024, I kept receiving mailers urging me to turn it in early, with promises that the dealership would cover the remaining payments and facilitate a smooth transition into a new vehicle. However, this resulted in negative equity on my new lease, despite the dealership offering some incentives. Additionally, the dealership refused to provide me with a black license plate bracket, claiming that my specific vehicle didn't require one, which contradicted my previous experience with a 2021 model. Furthermore, I noticed a significant drop in MPG when pumping gas, with the vehicle's efficiency plummeting from 375 to 325 in a matter of minutes. Despite notifying my salesman immediately, I received a dismissive response. Last night, while driving home from UCLA, the car suddenly jerked back and forth during a left turn, accompanied by malfunction lights on the cluster. Despite reaching out to my salesman again, I received no response. After taking the car to Audi Beverly Hills, it was confirmed that a fuel pump fault code was showing, despite the car only having 1,000 miles on it since January. This experience has been truly nightmarish and utterly disappointing. Oh, to add insult to injury, the Bluetooth never connects, and using the USB-C cord results in a frustrating notification "smartphone interface deactivated" a whopping 98% of the time. I've found myself sitting in the car, praying for the phone to connect just so I can enjoy some music, but it always fails. On top of that, they promised me rubber floor mats. The response I received from the finance manager when I asked to confirm whether this would be done, was laughable: "Oh, of course, this is Audi Fletcher Costa Mesa." Needless to say, there's nothing to be proud of here. I can guarantee you that. Paying a monthly just so I can be in a smelly rental. Fantastic, right?

I got my car back after 105 days due to an engine rebuild. Within 8 days of having my car back, the engine light came on stating low oil pressure. I had to get the car towed in and now having to pay more money for an oil sensor. Makes no sense that you get a full motor rebuild including the oil pan due to debris, and now I have to pay for more parts. Jim, the service director promised me a "new-like motor that wont have any issues after the rebuild since all the parts will be new." Sad to say he failed me by promising that to me. This experience has been the worst and sad to say I will never own an audi again and especially not from fletcher jones.

I’m only giving 3 stars because I did have great start. I worked with 4 different representatives in which 3 of them were sales managers. The sales rep was very upbeat, positive and seem as if he really wanted to help me get into the car I wanted.I was told on 3 different days by 3 different sales managers that they would call me back the following morning just to find out they were not even scheduled to work the next day which is why I had to work with another sales manager. For the most part Collin and Kyle were still very friendly, however, Jason was a little cold shouldered and did t seem all that interested to help. I know I’ve never had an auto loan so things would be difficult but I was trying to put $10,000 down and pay my car payments up a year. I usually purchase my cars cash, but this particular vehicle is at least $5000 out of my buying budget which is why I turned to financing. Either way the service and lack of communication I received was very frustrating .

I’ve purchased many vehicles over the years, and this has by far been the easiest process, and the most professional I’ve experienced. Sales person. Edwin was amazing. He even drove the car several hours to deliver it to me in the evening. I highly recommend contacting him for your next purchase. Sales manager COLIN was great and Provided clear process of the sales transaction. We did this all via phone and email and it took under two hours to get it all done from my couch.

It's been 6 months since I purchased my car and multiple interactions with this dealership lead me to believe customer service is not on the menu. I love my car but they absolutely bait and switched me on the fletcher jones 6 year service package. I was informed by service that the services finance listed as included was categorically untrue. There is a chemical odor that led me to bring in my car. They did nothing to help. Instead there was a lot of hemming and hawing about how they've never heard of this before. They had my car for 2 days and then said empty out your personal items to bring it back and we might be able to do something but they couldn't identify if there would be an associated cost. I called my own mechanic and he identified 3 different possibilities and gave me a quote, timeline and didn't require me to empty out my diaper bag, stroller, etc to do it. That's what I'm used to but true to form dealerships are still a make your skin crawl experience.

Came to look at a vehicle, Adrian quickly assisted us by asking us questions about what best suited my family’s needs, took us straight to our now New vehicle, test drove the vehicle, he tailored all of our needs even put a pink bow on it for our daughter and we drove out in our new 2024 Audi Q7.Can’t thank FJ and Adrian enough!

First I want to complement the great sales team:Anthony Rosales and floor manager Sammy Patterson were passionate about cars and were a pleasure to work with in finding that dream 2024 RS7!My issue was with the finance department, when going through the "optional" packages for the car. I was very clear that I ONLY wanted Audi Care (I had people outside who could work on euro cars when it comes to brakes/rims if needed).For whatever reason, I was told by the finance manager that she had received good news that all the rims/windshield/etc package were "free" to me AFTER I had declined everything but the Audi Care. She had said that I would get all of it for free because some generic healthcare professional promotion(not sure if it even exist).Due to the excitement of buying the car and being told everything was covered besides Audi Care, I didn't do the math out until I got home until I realize that she STILL added about $21,000 of things and actually charged me for it. (I had thought Audi Care alone was super expensive for RS cars until i went home and looked at how much it really cost)I went into the dealership today and worked with another finance manager (who was excellent) who confirmed my suspicions. He was able to help me cancel all the additional add on: (this include TOTAL CARE/Maximum Shield, a "Service Contract" that makes no sense since I already have Audi Care and factory 4 year warranty anyway).I had always driven Audis (even barely functional A4 when I was a broke student). Last three years were the only time I had driven a car that was not an Audi (at the insistence of my wife) and I was eager to return to the Audi family in 2024.Again the sales team were excellent and their survey results will definitely reflect that. However it is disappointing that a premier Audi dealership such as Fletcher Jones would try to slip something into a contract and say its free. (I had worked with Audi South Coast, and back in Ohio with Audi Bedford, Audi Cuyahoga Falls, and Audi Sylvania and not had any issues).I understand that the truth can be stretched sometimes like "oh you really need this windshield package etc etc" but there is a difference between trying to sell something and just straight up lying.I uploaded a few pictures:1) First picture is of the confirmation of cancelation of option I did today.2) Second picture is of the 2 of "add ons" that were added to the cost of the car that they didn't EVEN HAVE ME SIGN.I think this is because I would have asked "what am I signing that cost this much?" if the finance manager had me actually sign those. However the cost of those contracts were added to my total cost even WITHOUT my signature.3) Third picture is of the car I got because it is so beautiful.I will leave this review up until I get my full refund (I was told it will take up to 6-8 weeks, which is fine, the longer it takes, the longer the review stays up).Please be careful everyone and remember that you have 30 days to cancel any service contract for any reason. Even if you weren't scammed like me and just want to change your mind within a month, you are entitled to a full refund.

Amazing car buying experience. Azhanty our salesperson was the best. She went above and beyond for us and really made our daughter's first car experience special. She will always remember that moment!. Seamless experience and no pressure whatsoever. Special shout out to Paul Abrahams as well. Go see them at Fletcher Jones Audi...you wont be sorry!!!!

Very great staff all around from beginning to end. Kyle the sales person was on it and handled everything with professionalism. Monica in finance was also very informative and answered all questions. We ended up buying a used vehicle where sometimes you get bad treatment but it felt like a had bought a RS7 wagon haha. Definitely an audi family member now. Will definitely return for a future purchase hopefully that RS7 wagon. Audi if you want me to review the RS7 wagon let me know I have a heavy foot.
