“Good folks. I would recommend my Salesman, Mehmet (Matt), who sold me a 2023 CPO Porsche Macan. I went back to him and texted him numerous times with questions about the car. He was always patient with me, and even created a way that I could cast my Android phone to the Porsche's information screen. The dealer is a member of AutoNation, although they showed some flexibility in the price in consideration for my purchase a of a warranty. Additionally, they responded favorably to my request to replace a tire on the car. I compared prices and equipment across the Nation for this car (Carfax and Porsche U.S.), and I believe I paid a fair price for my car. I would highly recommend this Dealership.”

“My wife took her Tesla here after being rear-ended in a multi-car accident. ROEM was professional, courteous, and outlined the entire process clearly. Ryan was knowledgeable and gave us accurate information regarding the possible damage, likely cost, and timeline to get everything repaired. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and coordinated everything with the insurance company (State Farm - They are a preferred vendor, and for good reason!).
Quite honestly, once the vehicle was in ROEM's hands, we didn't need to worry about anything until it was time to pick the vehicle up. When we did, the vehicle was washed, cleaned, and they even charged it up to ensure we had enough juice to comfortably get back to life with our Tesla immediately!

“I have always used Porsche Newport. Most recently, there was some confusion about my Insurance Co payment for some window glass. They needed to have the invoice submitted which I have no time to do. The service manager was extremely helpful even though I was probably being the most stressful customer. She took care of the issue and made the effort to make it as was expected. I will always return because they earned these 5 stars. Both service managers bravo. I usually never have anything but smooth transactions but when it got a little bumpy the manager stepped in and made it right. Thank you Porsche Newport for doing a great job so I can focus on life and let you guys handle my car stuff and take away that anxiety of whether your car is in good hands or not. At Newport, you are in good hands. Also want to send 5 stars to the technicians that work on my car; Javier and Aaron. They are magicians and they make it look like the engine hasn't been touched since it left the factory. Jason my service advisor is also very easy to work with and he is a great part of the team when I come for service. All in all a great dealership for a great car brand!”

In May 2024, Jay welcomed our damaged Durango due to accident with assistance of towing crew even though it was out of operation hour.
He is very kind and polite guy, he supported us so much.
Car damage was terrible, but Jay and his staffs repaired it completely, and Jay coordinate insurance coverage as well for our benefits.
Estimated completion was about two weeks, but unfortunately it took almost one month to repair. And responses for my question was a little delayed maybe due to busy work.
However, it didn’t affect the number of stars. It was within the range I assumed. They did such an excellent job. Overall their work was amazingly professional.
We really appreciate their kindly support.”

We have had paint and body work done for our 1935 and 1936 Ford trucks as well as my 2014 Mercedes.
