Tony T helped me today by changing out a brake light. I' had gone to a couple other places, they said they didn't have time. Tony T got his tools & set about changing the bulb which isn't easy. Kia makes sure to make things complicated, even a brake light. Tony has a great attitude. He didn't''t ask where I bought the bulbs. I had purchased months ago. He said he thinks of others like his mom or sisters who need help in my situation & set about helping me. Thank you Tony! & thx to AutoZone for hiring such a compassionate skilled person.

I was checking out during a theft. The manager Tony excused himself from me to take care of the incident. The woman stole a battery, and the man brandished a knife outside of the store. Tony made sure to keep the robber and weapon out of the store. When everything was calm he returned, apologized, and finished my transaction. I was very satisfied even though you don't give out paper cups for fluids. I will return and thank you Tony for showing professionalism under pressure.

I needed new windshield wipers. Carlton went above and beyond the call of duty! He not only helped locate and size the best blades for my car, he even installed them for me. Thank you Carlton!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. Specifically, I encountered an incident involving one of your employees, SASHA, which I found to be unprofessional and disrespectful. During my interaction with SASHA, I had a specific inquiry that required her attention. However, instead of addressing my question or providing assistance, SASHA seemed disinterested and disregarded my concerns entirely. What was particularly troubling was her blatant disregard for customer service, as she appeared more focused on engaging in conversation with my boyfriend, neglecting her duties to attend to my needs. It was unprofessional that she was more focused trying to flirt with my boyfriend then answer my question if I could put 0 stars I would.

i had to give this store zero stars instead of 1 ! worst experience ever went in for car parts thay showed in stock online once i get there they say we dont have any o asked why not if when i called they said yes mention it shows 2 in stock but nothing once im there i asked why not ?person that helped said idk store manger is the one that takes care of that and i said what u mean isnt there a systems or some sort of app that replenish stock ? employee said no its been like this since new management came and mention im not the first to complain i wish someone can take action i liked this store its close to home but now it seems i have to be going to Oreilys more often!! and to top it off i get there and store manager is arguing with other employees and insulting him in the back ! this is very unprofessional please make the store great again !!! i want to continue !!shopping here is close to home !!

I came in hesitant after some of the reviews I had read, but Gladys the store manager was amazing. She helped me to the oil I needed and came out to help me pour it in my vehicle. Tony was another associate I encountered when I came in and he looked very pleasant as well. Ask for either one of them you won’t regret it.

I used to love going to this store. I’ve been here a few times after new management and there’s been 2 times that I come in and employees are so rude and don’t know what they are doing. One time while being in line i heard the store manager scream at an employee in the back side. So unprofessional!!!!! I felt really bad the way she was expressing herself towards him. I have worked in retail before and if you want to chew on your employees you don’t it alone one on one not around other employees. Worst of all not in front of customers. What type of customer service is that. I asked one of the employees that was helping me, really nice kid his name was Max that who was that screaming and he said it was the store manager named Gladys screaming at a kid named Adrian. When I saw the kids face it seemed to me like he wanted to cry. I asked Max is there was a number where I can call and make a complaint he said there was a number in front door entrance. I called the number and never got and answer or heard back from them. Not sure what happen to the previous manager but I wish he was still there very nice employees before, well at least previous store manager had them trained well to be polite unlike new store manager that is so unprofessional and extremely disrespectful towards his employees. I hope corporate can do something about it towards new management because store is getting out of control.

Hello I would not recommend coming to this store any more employees are extremely rude went in this morning a girl by the name Andrea was rude and to top it off there was a baby in the back with the employee that is not good customer service ! I asked one of the employees there for the manager and mention she was not their . I asked when will she mention they don’t know when she will be in .I’ve gone to this store several times and always say the manager is not in store. Is this the reason why there customer service is really bad now ? Am to top it off I asked for a part that I had looked online for showed they had 4 in stock and get there turns out they have 0 made me drive there for nothing that wouldn’t go on before .I hope a new store manger takes actions of this matter my husband and I want our old service back !
