excellent price, very pretty and clean storage, everything 5 stars, but i must say that Tenisha is 10/10, she not only made my day switch around for the better but was very warm and welcoming, search no more friends this is the spot, the prices are incredible though and they have deals too

I had a phenomenal experience at this storage facility thanks to Tenisha. She is truly one of the kindest and most helpful employees I’ve ever met. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and she went above and beyond to walk me through every detail with patience and care. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer service experience anywhere. Full and highest recommendation!

We’ve been on this location for a few years now, and always treated us really nice. We like the girl with the curly hair I believe her name is Miriam. She has always greeted us with a smile, and if we ever need help, she’s always available to help us out. Even if the prices have been going up so far we like the storage place and it to our best convenience. The storage is clean every time we go.

I do not remember the name of the female manager who was supposed to be taking care of business at this location but she seemed to be in a hurry to leave the location for whatever reasons she may have had but her first priority should have been to make sure everything was right before I left the location with one of its rented trucks. The first truck had a brake light issue (left brake light inoperative), and she was more concerned with getting out of the office to go do whatever her concern was outside the business. She was then supposed to send me an updated rental contract the reflect my possession of the replacement truck. I never received it. I did however receive an emailed receipt for truck's return in Neptune Beach, FL. Whatever was going on with her at the Costa Mesa location, she should have known that it was a "her issue" and not "my issue"! She is supposed to be there to take care of business, not worrying about what is going on outside of that business! She is fortunate that I did not get pulled over in any other state with a truck for which I did not have a copy of my rental contract! The rating was a one-star but if it was available it would have been a zero-star because of her lack of concern about getting everything right before I left the facility with a rented truck.

I found exactly what I was looking for here. I would recommend for sure...the service was without flaw, price is fair, the facility is super clean, hours of access are reasonable and the admin fee was half of what I'd seen at competing facilities . The rules are strict but I think that's preferred in the self-storage world. No loitering and no nonsense!

We just rented a space and the process was made so pleasant by our attending facility Manager, Miriam. She explained the processes of entry and exit and the proper method of securing our unit after each visit. The facility is clean and the office staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this storage facility without hesitation.

Very nice facility, professional crew. Had an issue, but they handled it well! I highly recommend Baker Fairview Self Storage.Original Review (revised rating after response):I didn't realize that the location closed at 8:30 pm. I entered my code and entered the gate around 9:45 or so to drop something off in my storage unit, which took only 5 minutes. Then, I COULDN"T GET OUT OF THE GATE! I got FINED $40 after being stuck in the facility.Why would you let people in if you are not going to let them out? They need to reprogram their gates!I luckily had the phone number to the office which had another number to call in case of an emergency. Miriam was kind enough to let me out but notified me that I would be fined either $20 or $40. She was kind enough to refund $20 because I was CHARGED TWICE for THE SAME THING. She couldn't refund the whole $40 because that was up to a higher-level person. I am in the process of trying to contact that person. I have called and visited the office of a total of 5 time to try to resolve this. It's frustrating!It's a nice facility, but for God's sake! Reprogram the gate so people can't get in after hours, especially if you can't get out! And, post the hours!It's not even the money, it's the principal of the whole thing. I will pay the $20, so they can't confiscate my storage like I saw them do once with someone who spent the night in the storage facility. If I didn't have my phone on me with internet access, I would have lost thousands of dollars worth of stuff because of their gate issue.Please refund the $20 and reprogram your gate. I will happily delete this post.

All good.The staff was fine. Always ready to help. The hours could be a little more accommodating. 9:00 am is a little lTe to star t the day for most business people..
