please do not use their geek squad service they will charge you fees that you never agreed to, I brought my pc to do a simple ssd drive cloning for $99 while I was there discussing the process they'd go through i was told they'd do a virus scan, redowload some software, check up My hardware, etc and I was told it was complimentary and even then I asked multiple times if I would have to pay extra for those services and was told no and I told them all I want them to do if the data cloning if any other services are extra. Later when I went to pick up my computer they charged me an extra 200 for the same services they told me were free and I told them not to do if it was extra, I explained this to the guy taking me (his name was upside down and I was distressed by the charge that I didn't take note) and he just gave me an indifferent "I'm sorry for any confusion " and that was basically it, I was so caught off guard at the time I just paid but now I realize I was probably just taken a of so they could get their commission money,

Horrible customer service from customer service representative.Went in yesterday evening after doing research online for the new Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra (1TB) phone. The website stated that the phone was available at that location.I was "helped" begrudgingly by a young lady in the cell phone section, who rudely asked me what I was looking for. She searched for the item on her phone and said that particular phone wasn't carried by any Best Buy locations. I tried to reassure her that there was at least 1 locally as I verified that there was at least 1 in Orange County.She adamantly denied there were any and was trying to shoo me away. She offered to order 1 that could be at a later date, but I've been without a phone for 2 days and needed 1 immediately. She did, however, call a Samsung Store in Downey to ask if they had 1 in stock. In between my asking questions, she kept making faces at other store reps and tried to cut me off before I could articulate my questions.Long story short, I wasted 2 more hours trying to find Best Buy stores by memory (no phone for GPS) before finding the one store at the Westminster Mall, and the customer service rep did the research and found an "open box" 1TB Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra at the Anaheim location, and was kind enough to write down directions to that store on a sticky note.I was able to purchase the phone I needed and got it activated tonight, and only lost 1 day of business (I'm an independent contractor and small business owner). Had I listened to the customer service rep at this Best Buy, I would've been out of service for at least 2 more days to a week.Definitely will think twice before engaging with any representatives there or even shopping at this location.

The staff was really friendly and helpful when I came in to trade in some laptops! I ended up using my store credit to purchase a new computer and so far so good.

We had a great experience at Best buy. Wanted to buy some speakers and absolutely loved the way Roger took care of us. He was very patient. Not pushy at all to sell. The speakers wanted us to know exactly what we were getting before we made a big purchase. Truly appreciate. Great customer service from Roger. Would highly recommend Best Buy. Thank you Roger?

I've had a great experience with this Best Buy store. I've purchased a few TV's, a laptop, and a washer & dryer set. Jason (manager) has been super helpful and kind for every purchase. When a problem came up he quickly fixed it, which was really appreciated. Chris in the home entertainment dept was fantastic too. Both of these guys strive to give you what you've paid for and give 110%. I will be buying new washer and dryer from them again soon because service was great from Chris and Jason. I'm confident everything will go well.

The staff there have the worst customer service ever went there to buy a game controller for my daughter & they said i had to go to game stop not there didn't even bother to look or help me look for it also bought a adapter charger that I had to find my self because they said they didn't have any
