I tried to make a return for my online order. But the lady on the second floor in the shoes area did not let me return it. She looked at the shoes and asked did I wear it outside? I said no, because it was the wrong item, I didn’t even try it on. She didn’t believe me and said I can only return my shoes by shipping it back, I can not return it in store. It is ridiculous. I went downstairs and make my return in the pick up area, they checked the shoes and let me returned it. The worst experience I had. I would never buy any shoes from the lady on the second floor.

I was ignored multiple times by sales associates, and when I say ignored I mean I was standing literally in front of their faces and greeted them and they did not even look up at me or acknowledge my existence in any way. Super strange because I was in here on Saturday dressed differently (today I’m in my work clothes) and I was approached by a minimum of 5 sales associates looking to help me. I ended up returning an item and instead of finding a replacement at Bloomingdale’s I went straight to YSL to find a replacement directly from them.

Maryam Ahmadi at Bloomingdale’s Men’s South Coast was amazing! She totally nailed it helping my boyfriend and me find the perfect outfits for his childhood friend's wedding. She was super attentive, listened to what we wanted, and surprised us with some awesome finds. Maryam went above and beyond, making sure we felt comfortable and reacting quickly to our likes and dislikes. I'm a regular at Bloomingdale's, but this was hands down the best shopping experience ever!

Do not go here! The workers will be breathing down your neck the entire time! Particularly, Alex who made our shopping experience so uncomfortable that we had to leave. He wouldn’t stop following us around the store even when we kindly asked him to stop. Save your time and shop online!

FABULOUS DELIVERY ! My wife and I bought a Kluft Signature Prestige Medium Firm Mattress with Split Box Spring foundation plus a bunch of linen at this store recently....top sales associate Said Parast took good care of us. White Glove Delivery was arranged for Tues, March 12th between 11.15am & 1.15pm. The delivery guys were great and sent us periodic update messages as they got closer to our address in Irvine. They arrived just after 1.15pm and got stuck into manhandling the huge King Size mattress and 2 x box spring bases up our staircase. Somehow the 3 of them....Juan, Jose and Eli moved the huge mattress up the stairs and into our bedroom without damaging a single thing. They moved our current Tempur-Pedic mattress with it's adjustable base into the guest bedroom and took away our old guest bedroom mattress set. The guys were completely done and dusted before 2pm. OUR NEW BED LOOKS GREAT !
