My recent purchase experience with BoConcept has left me disappointed. Despite having bought from them twice before without being impressed by the service, this time was particularly disheartening. Opting for chair pickup to avoid a $200 minimal assembly delivery fee, I found the items in separate pieces upon retrieval. The chrome legs, unfortunately, appeared dull, dusty, and used. Advised to use chrome polish, we discovered the disappointment extended further when assembly began – essential screws for attaching the seats were missing. Now, over a week later, I have unassembled, unusable chairs, and the necessary items have yet to be provided. For a store emphasizing high-end, quality products, the customer experience should align with those standards.Updated: The manager was really nice and she sent over someone with the missing parts and delivered them to my house. We went to this BoConcept location to buy furniture. The salesperson was very unpleasant and pushy. He kept on saying how their furniture is made in Denmark and talked about the Danish craftsmanship of their furniture. My partner looked up the reviews for their store online while I was talking to the salesperson and read previous customer reviews that in fact, their product is Chinese-made, and not made in Denmark as the salesperson falsely claimed. The furniture at BoConcept is very expensive for Chinese-made products. The quality of isn't that great, one of the floor samples they had for sales that they claimed was less than 6 months old, looked turned down and was super old. I'm not sure why they lie about where their furniture is made and why would anyone would buy furniture from this store or any BoConcept store when you can buy similar furniture for half the price or less, as we did. READ all the negative reviews for this location and the Los Angeles store as they are owned by the same franchisee, before you buy anything from them. Don't get fooled by them!

Very rude and arrogant staff. I was looking for a small office solution and was told that they will not help design if you buy for less than 10k. The responsible staff member also rolled his eyes several times during our encounter. Simply unprofessional.

Had an awesome experience at Bo concept. Jorge helped me on the floor to find the perfect setup for my living room. I left undecided and when i reached out for pictures, sizing info on the sectional he was quick to answer and it helped us envision how the sectional would look in our home. The delivery team was on point. It was delivered by boconcept not a random delivery company, everything was perfect, they were careful with our items and assembly and our home. I appreciated that and was one of the best furniture deliveries we have had.

Buyer Beware. Fake Chinese Made Product! They lie about the origin of the products they sell you. The worst experience of my lifetime. I spent over $20K buying a sectional, dinning table and chairs, outdoor furniture, and bar stools. I was told they make all their furniture in Denmark and that's the reason I purchased the items from the store, that was a Lie! They make their furniture in China. Everything that was sold to me under false pretenses were in fact Chinese made furniture. But that was just the start of my awful experience with BoConcept and this store.Even after making a full payment after receiving confirmation furniture was ready for delivery, no one ever called me to arrange a deliver. I had to call the warehouse manager twice. When I did finally receive the furniture, there were items that were not delivered, even though I was told all my items are ready. They said they'll deliver them later, but they never did. Another Lie! The day of the delivery the person installing the equipment was unprofessional, unhelpful, and throw away the screws that are needed to unhook the table, which luckily we caught him.After the delivery weeks ago and I don't hear about the reminder of them items that were not delivered. After multiple emails, I was told they called me to deliver, but couldn't reach me. Anther Lie! Finally, I had to go to the store to pick up the remining items that I've paid $250 for white glove delivery. No apology was ever offered by the franchisee or the salesperson. Absolutely zero Customer Service!Shortly after, the sectional started making noise, it go worse daily. Reached out to the salesperson, was told to send a video, then another video (they're into videos) to capture the noise. Was redirected to another person in the company, then another person, then back to the salesperson again, and finally to the owner of the store in Costa Mesa. They said they will come look at the sectional and fix it. They did not show up on time to the appointment, and came thirty minutes late and I had to leave for a meeting.By far, this has been the most horrible and the worst customer service experience of my lifetime. This company will lie to you about the origin of the product they try to sell you, lie to you about the warranty from the manufacture, not value you as a customer at all, and just give you the round around when you bring an issue about their Chinese made over priced product. Their corporate office is even worse. They pass the blame and liability to the franchisee, and just waste your time. Stay the hell away from this store and BoConcept all together, and don't allow yourself be defrauded by this company. The franchisee for this location and LA location are the same individual.

Boconcept is quality with chic modern design. Our sales woman in Costa Mesa April Crook was wonderful to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products and helpful without being pushy or aggressive. The experience of working with her really helped us make a quick confident decision. We love our new sofa.

… it took me a few months trying to find the perfect benches for my new store for the dressing rooms . I went to all furniture stores in OC , also looked on line and didn’t see anything until I walked in this store and there was the perfect bench ! April was amazing . Beautiful store with some unique pieces ,good quality and great prices . Highly recommend.

We had such a great experience from start to finish. April helped us and was so patient. We had our toddler with us which was a bit distracting. She gives good design advice too and looked at photos of our space and other furniture. We even made changes to the quote a few times. In the end we loved how it all turned out! And the delivery guys were also very nice and professional! Recommend this store and April! They also came pretty quickly considering the supply issues right now!

As a big fan of Scandinavian furniture and designs, I love the styles in this store.We ended up purchasing a chandelier and a wall system, and had a great experience overall. April Leonard was awesome and tremendously helpful throughout the entire process!

Love my new coffee table. The family room looks way bigger now. Rony is the perfect interior design advisor. Not only is he very knowledgeable, but also very patient, I can be a pain :). The white glove delivery was a breeze. It is not cheap ($250) but it is worth every penny.

Terrible communicators. I bought a dining table with an expected delivery date. Their delivery was delayed until after I was leaving town for a while, so the salesperson assured me they could hang on to it until I was back. The trip dragged on due to travel restrictions during Covid, but forward to when I’m back in town, the salesperson is gone, and the table is gone. In fact, they claimed I already picked it up (I did not). There was never any notice from them that the table was being disposed of. I get shunted around to different phone numbers and emails, and told that the there is nothing that can be done, but that the owner would call me back. This, of course, never happens. No call, no table, no refund, no apology.Look – you’ll *probably* be fine with your purchase, but is it worth taking the chance?

Very happy with my BoConcept Studio! Stephanie helped me out along with the rest of the team to customize my design and make the most out of my small square footage. Very please. Also, the follow up was fantastic in making sure that I was satisfied with my set up!

Rony from BoConcept has been very accommodative in helping me with my furniture needs and questions. Friendly, professional, well-dressed, excellent communication and customer service, honest, and knowledgeable in interior design. Even though I did not end up purchasing anything from BoConcept due to some unforeseen circumstances, I wanted to highlight what an exceptional salesman he is. I had been furniture shopping at many different stores these past few weeks and Rony was definitely one of my favorites. Would definitely recommend anyone who needs consultation to connect with him.

Worst experience ever!!! Especially with the management! Bought a bed and a mattress from them. Told me that the mattress was double sided and a king size, got it at home and definitely smaller than the bed, not a king size and definitely not double sided with 3 little holes in it and dirty in the corner. Finally was able tu return it after going to their store 2/3 times a week for almost a month and instead of getting my money back and some apologies , the store manager, James, tells me that he is only able to give me a store credit.
