I would not recommend this auto repair shop to anyone. Where do I begin? I was required to give a down payment when I dropped my car off. It was supposed to be done within a week. I called and went by daily to see my car sitting in the same spot not even touched. I received no call back to let me know they needed more time or anything. Then I was finally told to pick up the car it was done. Per the written estimate, repair charges were not to exceed x amount of dollars yet when I picked up my car, a month later (3 weeks after the day it was supposed to be done), the repair charges doubled. The night I received my car back, I got on the freeway and the check engine light came back on. I took it to O'Riely's and put it on the OBD which threw 3 codes. One being the turbo was not connected, another code for the fuel injection, and another about the catalytic converter is bad. When I try to start my car, most of the time it won't turn over. I have to wiggle the wiring harness while someone turns the key and starts the car. So this tells me the electrical system isn't hooked up properly. It's been a month since I've had the car back and I have non stop been calling and going to the shop to have these problems resolved. Only one time did I receive a response on April 21 saying to bring the car back Saturday April 27 which I did. And no surprise.... No one was there. Again I called and went by there daily. I caught the mechanic leaving on 4/29 and was told to bring the car back on 5/1. We will see what happens... punctuality = negative 5 stars, value = negative 5 stars, quality = negative 5 stars, professionalism = negative 5 stars.

Really helpful and honest auto mechanics. I'd way rather take my car here, than to the dealership.
