They were great! Got my camera cleaned up for me as quickly as they could since they knew I lived far away. I appreciate them!

Unfortunately Canon has reorganized their service methods and phone services leaving you to scramble your way through their website. There are few humans to interact with. The service center is for cameras only. Copier repairs are handled by way of a you-tube video. Fortunately I was able to clear our paper jamb of about a dozen pages without any further help.

They do a great job servicing newish equipment. Old cameras like a 1DX is no longer supported.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with the Canon repair center in Costa Mesa. I recently paid a whopping $339 for what was supposed to be an Image Stabilizer replacement on my Canon 20-70 4L IS USM lens. However, what I got in return was nothing short of a complete disappointment. To begin with, when I received my lens back from the repair center, I was shocked to discover that they hadn't actually replaced the Image Stabilizer as promised. Instead, they claimed to have merely reattached it because it had supposedly dislodged from its place. On top of the subpar work, the staff at this repair center were incredibly unfriendly and unhelpful. They showed no empathy or willingness to assist me in understanding the repair process or their pricing, and their overall demeanor was just plain rude. It's as if they were doing me a favor by allowing me to pay an exorbitant fee for their questionable service.

Repair done in one day! Then, rather than ship it, they let it sit ready for pickup for 9 days. Thank you Curtis for taking my call twice and not telling me that even though I'd paid for shipping, you wouldn't ship it. Worst experience ever.

They have the BEST Customer Service at Canon. One of my top reasons for moving over to Canon from Nikon was the customer service.Everything is fine until you drop a camera or have an issue with a lens. If you have to send that off somewhere like I did with Nikon and Sony and can not communicate with the reps that are fixing your equipment. It isn’t the same - trust me.I am a CPS Platinum member and they treat me very well if and when I ever run into an issue. Thanks Canon!!!

I’ve been using canon cameras for about 17 years. They always take care of me here at the service center. Super friendly and helpful. Travis is the best!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I sent two of my camera bodies in for a routine cleaning and they managed to damage both of my camera bodies the same way, then proceeded to tell me I'd have to pay for them to repair the damage they caused.Don't ever send them anything unless you want a nightmare of a headache and to waste your time for weeks only to be told you're out of luck.

Very bad customer service I called for a repair on a factory failure on my 70D and they told me that the free repair was still running to date, so I send it, it cost me 80dls to send it to Canon service center, they check the camera and I receive the estimate of 396.20dls for the repair, so I called again asking why was that price and they now told me that the free repair was not running and the only they could make was 10% of the price, again on a FACTORY FAILURE!! So I paid 80dls to get my camera back still not working ?

Customer service at Canon was exceptional both times I've been there thanks to Travis!! Travis is extremely knowledgable & he answered all my questions! He also went above & beyond to make sure people weren't waiting in line & opened up a window to expedite the process of pick up/drop off when he didnt have to. Travis cares about Canon customers & made me feel happy I bought a Canon EOS R! I'm so grateful for Travis's exceptional customer service!! The techs are amazing too! They repaired my camera in less than 24 hrs!! Just in time to take photos for an event!! Thank you Travis!! Thank you Canon!!

I'm a photojournalist for over 35 years and have switch back from Sony after trying them out for 2-years. The R bodies I have are temperamental and error messages like power cannot be repaired by them unless they see it. They will never see it because they aren't shooting. I feel they are not honest about evaluating the gear. Pro support from Sony was amazing and these guys from Canon, you must battle to get anything done you resolve issues, having gear fail at the worst possible moment. Check out Kurt Camera in San Diego. UPDATE: I have 3 new EL1 strobelights and they are so undependable. If you are using multiple strobes, especially with the 600EX RT I and II's they lose their link to the transmitter on the camera. I wish they can make these just work.

The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful and the work was done quickly. The camera came back looking like new. The only place I go when I need service on my Canon cameras or lenses.

Sorry I didn't do this sooner, my name is Phil, I own a 17-120 Canon Cinezoom that is amazing, Brandon was there in every sense, he and his technicians serviced my 30k zoom lens and made it great, Love this store and the entire staff (including security) are all very nice

Service was quick and very reliable. Communication is complete which included text and email notification. Payment is integrated via text acceptance of service. The whole process of service and repair was simple. Cost of repair was affordable considering it included parts and labor. My lens came back fresh from the factory. I'm confident it will perform as good as new.
