Once you get in the door, if you don’t have to wait, it’s a great experience. It’s just annoying that if you don’t have an appointment, they are snooty about letting you come in. And once inside the purchase experience was great and so is the client advisor. I just don’t like the doorman process.

For my birthday, I wandered in to look at the pieces as I have admired them for a long time. Lorraine greeted me instantly upon my entrance and made me feel so welcome with her calm and gentle presence. She showed me the Ice Cube collection, rings and bracelets. She was so patient and kind and really gave me the full experience. We looked at different options for the 4 mm ring, both white gold and rose gold. Tried on the bracelet, and she explained the brand history to me. Lorraine and I definitely vibed and I pulled the trigger on multiple items precisely because of the genuine kindness and professional etiquette that she exhibited. We had such a grand time and a lovely conversation together. Call it what it is, I so appreciate her and she's got a repeat client because of what she has done! I will be engraving my pieces. Thank you for making my birthday so special, sweet Lorraine!
After Lorraine showed me the Ice Cube collection last time, I had to come back to complete my stack. I could not stop thinking about those high polish facets. Once again, Lorraine made the magic happen. I came by yesterday to preview the Happy Hearts and the Ice Cube collections for rings, and today I stopped by to finalize things. No regrets whatsoever. From the security team to both Lorraine and Melissa, everyone showcased nothing but the best service and product knowledge. Thank you for your help! This team has earned a lifetime fan of Chopard!
Came here today to try on some pieces with Lo but she wasn’t working so I talked to Hannah in the meantime. She is an absolute ball of joy and is so sweet! Not once did she make me feel uncomfortable or rushed. She was so kind and patient and helped me try on a few variations of the Ice Cube ring with diamonds as well as the bracelet on chain. Her breadth and depth of knowledge due to her extensive experience in the high-end watch/jewelry industry was awesome and she truly feels like a friend. I am very glad we met and am sure that she will take great care of anyone who meets her. Honestly, the entire Chopard team at this boutique is phenomenal. Every time is a good time! They really know how to treat their clients well and elevate the entire experience. This is why I never shop for jewelry and watches online or gray - peace of mind is important but even more so, relationships.
Came in today to pick up my engraved Ice Cubes. Lo took care of me incredibly well and had the travel pouches as well as a beautiful Chopard heart-shaped cookie ready. She always makes me feel like a queen. She oozes class and kindness. We had a nice chat and caught up about life. Jason, Melissa, and all the security guards were so kind and lovely. Top-notch service and bright smiles every time. THIS, this is how you do luxury retail. Van Cleef and Arpels, Cartier, Tiffany are all great, but DO NOT SLEEP on Piaget, Graff, and the beautiful Chopard. Piaget and Chopard are from Switzerland and their jewelry as well as watches are no joke. The team here at SCP is chef’s kiss!

Worst of the worst customer service for a luxury brand. Their service is comparable to 99 cents stores. I was very shocked there is even a store in south coast plaza that can treat customers as bad as their sales. When I asked if there is a different color of the strap so I can try on, she said, if you buy it, I’ll change it for you, and give you the strap for free. If you don’t buy it, I can’t change it for you. When she put on the watch for me, she basically squeezed my skin every time. In any other luxury stores, all sales are very careful not to pinch or hurt customers when putting on any piece. This Chopard store has the rudest sales, and every other sales even the security guard were playing on their phone every moment. They sell pieces in thousands of dollars, but hire such cheap sales? I can get much better services at Macy’s or even Ross I guess!

I bought a ring for my wife from this store a while ago. We love that ring. Then we went back into the store to buy another ring for my wife and the sales attendant’s behavior was very disappointing. This is why we bought the original ring from here. When we went in for the 2nd ring recently, the attendant was so rude that we didn’t even have an opportunity to look at different options! She was very belittling, humiliating and disrespectful. It was very disappointing to my wife and I. We thought Chopard was a high class brand with top quality service. This is why we bought our engagement ring from here.

Absolutely bad service, unprofessional staff, and money hungry brand. Bad customer & repair service. I had my watch with them for more than 6 months, they came back to me with an invoice for unnecessary service charges which I refused, and at the end they gave back my watch with every pieces separated!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and buy from a REAL high end jewelry boutique and don't waste your time and money at this cheap store with expensive stuff!
