I recently made a online purchase and when I received my Cece boots they must have been the store sample because there were marks on the boots. I emailed customer service and they offered me 10% off, but I was so disappointed I had received boots in this condition. Even the packaging looked like someone threw the boots in the box.I came into the South Coast mall today and met the manager Vivian. She was so pleasant and had empathy about my situation. She told me she would be happy to refund my money, but asked if I had tried in the boots. I told her I did not because I wanted her to see the condition I received the boots. She asked me to put on the boots and I did. They are so beautiful and she told me that the marks were in the inner part of the boot and it really wasn’t that noticeable. She offered me 50% off and I accepted her generous offer. I was so happy I decided to purchase a new perfume called Love and I purchased the Eve ivory bag.I would personally like to thank Vivian for going out of her way to make me feel like my concerns mattered and she restored my faith in the Coach brand.Vivian went out of her way to make me feel special and I love my boots, perfume and bag. I truly appreciate you!

Rhianna (Manager) was a rockstar today! She was so kind to make a price adjustment on a gift that I received from my husband. Rhianna went above and beyond for me. I truly appreciate her great customer service! Highly recommend this store.

I had the BEST experience at this location. Vivian went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bag. I was being so picky and couldn’t make up my mind. She was so patient with me and spent over an hour showing me different options.Vivian and Allison made this experience so awesome and made me feel so good about my purchase. Will definitely be back to this location just because of them!

Bought a beautiful purse for my wife's birthday. They monogrammed the name tag for free. Nice place to shop. Clerks were very personable and went out of their way to make my wife feel important.

I had such a pleasant experience in this store! Alyssa was a gem, she helped me find my dream bag. Originally I was just browsing around and not planning on buying anything, but after inquiring about my taste/preferences on bags, Alyssa brought out a handful of options she thought I would like, and even helped me find an amazing bag strap that I ended up buying as well. I walked away with such a unique and beautiful bag, and was beaming the whole drive home. Thanks Alyssa!

My wife and I had the misfortune of visiting the Coach store this afternoon. We were looking forward to browsing and making a purchase, but the staff had other ideas. Instead of attending to customers, the employees were more interested in talking to each other. This level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable and we left the store without making a purchase. It's a shame that the staff at the Coach store don't take their job seriously.

Went to the Coach store around 7:25pm. There was no one else in the store except three employees. They were all huddling around a table, on their phones, and talking. Totally understand it's late and they weren't busy, but I wasn't greeted at all. Again, no big deal. My problem is that I genuinely had questions and wanted to know more info about the tabby bag that I've been wanting to buy. No one approached me as I was holding the different bags and I kept eyeing them hoping one of them would get the hint. No one did. I ended up just walking out. Three employees working and not one of them would even look up from their phone to give me any help??EDIT: 1 star to 3 stars. I called Coach this morning just to let them know about the experience. I talked to the assistant manager, Alyssa. She went above and beyond to remedy the situation.

Fell in love with Coach a few months ago and a beautiful olive crossbody, had no idea how beautiful their leather truly was until then. My husband and I stopped in a recently to treat ourselves to a couple new travel bags and I fell in love with a mustard mini crossbody. They even embellished it with Rexy pin, everyone I meet just loves it. Thanks especially to Andrea who was able to help me get a pice that was missing and fix the strap I had damaged. ????

I bought a Coach Tabby Bag online and it shipped out from this store. It arrived today and the dust bag had smudges on it. The bag was thankfully okay, but I just feel like more packaging should of been put in the box. Only a bit of tissue paper was in there. I called the store for a replacement bag, but they said they had none and didn't know why the dust bag was dirty. It is what is, but just wanted to share my experience.

Horrible customer service and rude staff at the COACH store in South Coast Plaza. Please save your money and purchase a genuine leather bag instead of COACH. The brand is not the same anymore. Not worth it!
