Expect to wait about an hour and a half for a standard car wash even though they will tell you 45 min. Poor service since change of owners a couple of years ago.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

I will never come here, again! The previous manager of 10 years has retired. The new manager is some young kid that really doesn't care about the quality of the car wash and hand detail as much as he wants cars getting out quickly. Prices increased, too, all for a lousy job! They just lost a long time customer! This is a PSA!!! Grrrrr....wish I could leave no star or even a negative star!

Paid $250 for a full detail. When I went to leave, my car battery was dead. I was understanding, they quickly gave me a jump. My cup holder divider was missing. I called back they said they didn't know what happened. Then they said they found it, I showed up to pick it up, that wasn't it. They have not found my divider or offered to replace it. On top of all that, my center console was filthy and my back seat was still sandy with dog hair. Will not be returning based on the quality of service.

I am writing this review as I watch my car being dried, vacuumed etc. in front of me. What a great service, I moved here from TX and with the same cost I used to pay there for a car wash I am getting excellent service and a detailed cleaning of my car inside out. The amount of time and efforts they put in even for a basic wash is so impressive. They want to give you the best service and do it passionately. I haven’t seen my car from inside yet but I will not be disappointed I know haha. My new car wash place and for ever car wash place is awesome!

Not a good job. I inspected it, left what looked like green paint marks on my car, tried telling me maybe it was already there. Didn't vacuum. The manager is nice, employees kind of stink.

Great wash, workers can't drive manual, rode the clutch the entire way. Offered to drive it, told me "don't worry it's fine"

Had my vehicle recently (June) washed here.It took almost 2 hours. They missed vacuuming under floor mats.My main complaint is that my vehicle went in without a window scratch and came out with a large window scratch on the corner in a up and down shape. I brought it to the attention of the owner and no reply at all.Don't recommend going here because they scratch windows, take 1.5 to 2 hours to wash and the results of the wash and cleaning aren't worth coming back.Also, the bathroom is worse than the filthiest gas station bathroom you could imagine.

The person who cleaned did such a great job! He took his time and cleaned carefully, my car is shiny! Conveniently open till 6 pm during summer. I will go back to get my car washed!! Thank you for cleaning my car.

This is my second time coming here. Abigail in the front is so friendly and kind. She made me feel so comfortable and at home. I am so happy that I came here . All the guys are so professional and I am definitely going to come back. Abby is great and I am so happy I met her! I am going to definitely tell all my friends and family about this car wash. It's the BEST in COSTA MESA!!!!

Absolutely needed to get my car washed, and so glad I did! The cashier girl was the best entertainment in a long time, she's super sassy and so much fun, they are so lucky to have her! Go on a Sunday, and have a few laughs with her She only works Sundays, my car looks sparkly and never comes out right at the express car wash so I will be back more often to Coast!! Go there!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
