Typical nail salon. We can take 3 pedicures at 6pm. But they have one person available. So one at 6pm, one soaks in cold water and starts at 6:40pm, one soaks in cold water and waits then just wants to go home.

I was excited to try this place out. Until I got a toe fungus from here. How do I know it was from here? I hadn’t gotten a pedicure before here for 3 months. And now my feet won’t stop peeling & I can’t get my nails done until they’re no longer infected. Oh and the lady who did my nails poured the dirty hand water she used to clean my hands onto the pedicure bin w water while my feet were in there!! Disgusting

This nail salon was across the street from the Hilton I was staying at (for work). I went because of the reasonable pricing. What I got : Bikini wax and Pedicure Bikini Wax - quick procedure. Clean facility. I love the end product. Pedicure- The technician was finally able to help me get rid of a stubborn ingrown nail! It hurt but the tech was patient and careful. (It was not bad enough to require a Dr visit - if yours is, go to the dr). Anyway, the shape of my nails improved. I felt less tensions when wearing my heels. I am in love with my overall look. Appointment availability: I called in and there was availability. The owner even worked around my work schedule when reasonable. A plus for me.

Such horrible customer service!I asked for a manicure and pedicure, plus a full set.I asked repeatedly I’d like my cuticles cut. Instead of a proper manicure experience. The owner had me soap my nails in acetone! The nail tech filed her nails in front of me with the same nail file they used on me! They tried to charge me an additional $5 to cut my cuticles. Not to mention I waited an hour to get helped. I wanted a natural look and they insisted on extra stuff. I’ll never come here again!

I love coming here for waxing services. Lena is very kind, efficient and flexible. Her work is precise, she's definitely a perfectionist! She makes you feel comfortable and her services are quick & clean. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Creative Nail and Spa for about 20 years almost. Even if I move out of the area, I make my way back and Lena is there and always remembers me. She is the best nail tech that I have ever had and will ever have. She is loving and makes you fee pretty and special. She remembers everything and everyone. Everybody needs to go to Creative Nail and Spa. Talk to Lena and she will give you the perfect tech to take of you.

Lena was very rude to me and my friend. It was my first time here and I will never come back here again.the horrible customer service. The salon was very dirty and they didn't put any plastic thing inside the water for pedicure.
