I should give half a star. The "customer service" that a young man gave me was TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE! Since I went to pay and with ugly manners he asked me for my password and he not knowing what it was gave me rude faces. But that was not all! I paid and it turns out I didn't have change. And to finish I asked about some promotions I saw on Facebook and he just looked me up and down and said I called this number. ? TERRIBLE ATTENTION!

Well, I just got out of the gym and notice my cellphone is dead, which happens to be the remote key to get in and out of my car. Im with Cricket and when I saw there's a branch same complex where my gym is, and since I also needed a case, so I went there. I told the guy I need a case for my phone. I plugged my phone on their outlet while he's looking for my case. I paid for it. He asked for my phone so he can see if it fits. I unplugged it and said I hope you don't mind me charging it cause that's the key to my car and it's totally dead. He didn't say anything., He puts the case and handed it back to me. I was gonna plug it again when he said sorry Sir but we can't have you charging your phone at the store. I said oh really, I thought buying a case would at least let me charge my phone, since I'm a Cricket customer. I was just thankful I got at least 2% enough to remotely open my car. I had been to other Cricket stores and people are willing to help. But not this one I guess.

Horrible service, the workers are useless and all the men who work there act like they are princesses and do nothing, not even help people, some only clean their phones as if they will be paid for that, cricket a terrible, terrible service They need new workers, they are disgusting people, more of a boy than my God, what an outrage to have arrogance. I hope these gentlemen improve because they are paid to serve.

Shot out to cricket again I wanted to take the time to show that when you take care and treat people with respect and compassion you build a caring circle I drove all the way from chino hills ca just to give business,I’m used to being treated rushed talked to like I’m restarted or should be grateful for a service that I pay for well..;not cricket they have treated me like a customer and friend I went in naught iPhone 11 with insurance two lines whole yards not only were the savings big enough to buy it outright and surprise my fiancé,needless to say I was hooked up with extras like speaker that bumps better then my Bose lol and half off second lone etc thanks you guys so much during Covid this service is beyond essential and thank you for keeping family’s connected and putting smiles that’s priceless!!?✌️??
