The stay was close where I wanted to be however, myself and two other guest in my party woke up with itching. Looks like the room was clean for visual purposes but not actual clean.The air quality in the room was poor. My party woke up with stuffy nose, almost like allergies and ended up having to take zyrtec. Looking at the vent (photo), it appears it needs to be cleaned. In the bathroom, houskeeping didn’t clean up an apparent alcohol bottle (photo) so it makes me question if they can miss something this big, they’re likely missing the smaller things that can affect someone’s health.I also thought it was weird for a hotel to not have toothbrush, toothpaste, or minor amenities for it’s guests. Ended up having to pay over $5 for toothpaste.

Place is centrally located near several food venues. Little noisy if room is on the side with freeway and street. Didn’t care being watched by hotel desk personnel as if I were a thief when purchasing items from their snack area. That's rude! The restaurant food and service (Fireside Tavern) isn't all that great. If you're sitting at the bar drinking there is where you'll receive the best service ever. This hotel was just ok for me.

Hang the card on your door to 'request' room service, but it means nothing - ignored 2 days straight. No towels replaced etc. Why?Breakfast - fairly heavy music played way too loud in the restaurant. Not everyone likes that.The on site shop near reception has high prices for the basics like water. Interesting that no complimentary bottled water is provided in room. That's below average for a hotel of this supposed quality standard.

This is to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the Crown Plaza Costa Mesa, which is a part of the IHG group. As a loyal customer of Crown Plaza and a member of the IHG Rewards program, I had high expectations for my stay, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of those expectations.During my stay, there were several issues that greatly impacted my satisfaction:1. Breakfast Charges: Despite booking a room with breakfast included, I was charged separately for breakfast on the first morning of my stay. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this was an inconvenience that should have been avoided.2. Lack of Room Service: Throughout my four-night stay, I requested room service multiple times, but unfortunately, my room was not serviced as expected. Despite assurances from the front desk staff regarding cleaning schedules, my room remained untouched until the fourth night, in which I had to request towels twice at 22:00 and 23:00.3. Cleanliness Concerns: Additionally, I noticed that the cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the carpets, was not up to the standard I would expect from a Crown Plaza property. This lack of attention to cleanliness further diminished my overall experience.These issues have led me to question the quality control and customer service standards within the Crown Plaza brand under the IHG group. This is not the first time I have encountered such problems with Crown Plaza hotels, as similar experiences have occurred in Birmingham and New York State.I believe it is important for IHG Group to be aware of these issues so that improvements can be made to ensure the consistent quality of service and customer satisfaction across all properties within the Crown Plaza brand. I urge you to address these concerns and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.As a loyal customer, I hope that my feedback will be taken seriously and used to enhance the overall guest experience at Crown Plaza hotels.Dissatisfied with my recent stay at your hotel. As a loyal customer who chooses the Crown Plaza brand, I chose your hotel among many IHG hotels and expected to experience high-quality service.However, this is far from the truth. While check-in was smooth and self-parking was easy, the service I encountered was extremely disappointing. I booked an accommodation that included room service, but throughout my stay I never received any room service. What's even more annoying is that the used disposable coffee is still placed in the coffee tray.Although I informed the hotel front desk three times that I needed room service, no one came to clean the room for three nights and three days during the day. What makes me even more angry is that when I complained to the front desk, they told me that there was no record of customers requesting room service. This was a clear disregard for my complaints and a disregard for my appeals.I regret to say that this experience seriously affected my impression of the Crown Plaza brand. As a loyal customer, I am very disappointed with the quality of service and customer care of your hotel. I hope you will take my complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to improve the service level of your hotel to ensure that every guest receives the respect and care they deserve.Rooms: It is recommended not to choose this rubbish hotel

I've been going to this hotel every week for about 2 months now to see my lady and every time it's been amazing. Javier works the front desk and the lady that works the bar(can't remember the name) has ways made sure that my time there was immaculent!Will be returning next time I'm in town!

This hotel is awesome. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was updated and spacious. The pool and hot tub are heated creating a relaxing evening. They have a snack bar that has some overpriced items but some that are not to badly priced. Our room gets 4 out of 5 stars because the shower head was a little broken. The atmosphere is very relaxing at this hotel and it is in a very nice area with plenty to see and do. The staff were friendly and professional. We will definitely visit this hotel again. Perfect place for a couple wanting to get away.Rooms: Very spacious and comfortableSafety: We felt safe there. Security was onsight

I stayed at Crowne Plaza during my business trip. Spacious rooms, good location, but what made the most positive impression were people. Literally everyone was nice, friendly and willing to help. I had some health emergency during my stay and hotel staff helped a lot. Thank you guys, appreciate it a lot!
