I recently moved to Orange County and was searching for a local watch repair service. I drove by Diamond and Jewelry Exchange a couple timesand noticed a sign in the window stating "Watch Repairs and BatteryReplacement." Next time I was in the neighborhood I brought a watchin for battery replacement and was greeted by the owner Pierre, a genuinely friendly and very knowledgeable, experienced GIA certified gemologist. Pierre meticulously cleaned my watch, replaced the battery, and educated me on how to care for this particular type of watch. His pricing is more reasonable than I expected, and it was actually a fun, pleasant visit. I will be back to see Pierre for additional jewelry repairs and purchases. And I always recommend Diamond And Jewelry Exchange to my friends and colleagues.

Thank you so much Pierre for helping me with my wedding rings. I walked into the store on Newport and he patiently helped me fix my rings which I had slammed in my closet door. I went in to sell some gold jewelry that I no longer wore. Pierre was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about different types of jewelry, especially diamonds and gold. He gave me a reasonable amount for the gold earrings and bracelet I sold. I would definitely return in the future to purchase some of the jewelry he sells.
