Mike, my sales associate, was great! He listened to my styling (how I wear my jeans) and made suggestions for a few different styles. I typically run with a Sleenker and he was able to fit me in a nice pair and also suggested something different. He took his time and made sure that I got what I needed. He also gave me spot on care instructions for my new denim. I will definitely be back when I need more stuff

Our sales associate remembered us from the last time we were in and was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. You can tell he really liked the brand and was excited to share info. Loved the low key low pressure store vibe. Will definitely head back next time we are in town.

I've been shopping at luxury brand stores for 3 years and I've never dealt with such rude and disrespectful staff. I spent over $2k on some clothing items which I decided to return about $1500 of those items back to the store in prestige condition with tags and the original receipt.The employee had the audacity to tell me I couldn't have a refund unless it was on the original card from purchase. In no way does it state that in the return policy.I myself run several corporate businesses including a business that deals with merchandise so I am very well versed in return policies. These employees are just running their own show over here and it is extremely unprofessional. Finally, after debating about this policy with the employee, he accused me of trying to scam the store because I didn't have the original card.Overall it was a terrible experience and I will no longer be endorsing this brand at this location.

Went there on Thursday early afternoon, I got what I really was looking for with Cristian help, he gave me ideas and suggestions about all the products and answered all my questions with an smile and great attitude.Thanks to him and I'm extremely happy with all the clothes and shoes I got.I strongly suggest everyone to go there and see Cristian.A few of my friends already went there and shop and they are happy with their purchases

The best Diesel location in USA they have the always new models of jeans!!! The staff are always happy to help with a big smile!! But MIKE is the best . 3 stars only because I didn't get to shop here,doors were closed for the 1 hr I spent waiting 12/11/20 from 12:15 to 1:30pm all the other stores were opened within this mall I asked security if they were closed because of Covid and he said "no should be opened by now they haven't notified anything as far as closing".I normally shop here and the service is great when they're open.*updated I went back the following day and they were wide open real friendly staff I got me 4 pairs of jeans ,there actually more to select from on new styles and colors.
