I lived at Eastside for 4 years and had an incredible experience. The property manager Lee is the best and would take care of any need that I had. It is super clean, quiet and feels like a brand new apartment. Highly recommend.

Such a nice place to live. The complex is maintained very well at all times and feels very safe. The manager, Lee is outstanding to work with and wants all residents to be happy and enjoy the comforts of home. This is a jewel in Costa Mesa and close to all things happening. :)
