“Unlike the location in Santa Ana, I took my phone here and Poyan was super professional, he gave me a printed ticket that they have possession of my phone and time to pick up (unlike the Santa Ana location, I asked for one and the guy said no need and made me wait for 4+ hrs and then told me it won’t be done that day). 45mins later I picked up my phone and it works beautifully. Poyan is professional and friendly and gets the job done on time as he quoted it. I highly recommend this place. The facility is also nice and clean and they provide wifi in case you want to wait.”

“The owner is the sweetest man! I was shocked when I walked in because I never knew they offered way more than fixing phones in this establishment. The owner remembers your name. He’s the only one that works there and he always has a smile on. He will work with you which I found very appreciative! He sells these AMAZING LED custom lights! I was blown away I got 2 and I convinced my husband to get an iPad and that never happens with my husband! I will never go anywhere else except this establishment. “I just happen to be in the area and used Yelp to look up iPhone repair shops and this one popped up. It was fast and easy. I walked up to the window told him what was wrong with my phone and he said he would have it fixed in a half an hour. Literally 29 minutes later, he gave me a call and my phone was fixed. He even gave me a free Screen protector. No reason not to give five stars. Fast and easy!”
